The food is always delicious; however, the last time I came into Penn Station on Wabash in Terre Haute, it was like 90 degrees!! I started sweating as soon as I walked in. The workers said the AC stopped working awhile ago and they were waiting for someone to fix it. You should be paying your workers double pay for working in these conditions!!
I used to really like penn station, but my last experience ruined it for me. I ordered a Create your own Dagwood, and ordered Pepperoni, Bacon, Lettuce , sauce and cheese. The employee behind the counter must've not been able to hear my order correctly over the airpods in her ears, as all I received was a piece of Bread with a slice of unmelted cheese. I am disappointed with the service, and hope it returns to acceptable standards in the near future
Excellent customer service food was amazing cooked fresh exactly how you want it they were rude or pushy or tried to upsell you two million things they let you take your time in order whatever you want better than Subway in a lot of different ways especially the fries

Came in on Christmas eve at 3:20pm to locked doors and a sign that says open til 4pm on Christmas eve. That's just plain ignorant
First visit was good. The second and LAST visit was bad. Dirty table poor made sandwich. Fries were good. Definitely not worth the money.
Ordered a pizza sub with no pizza sauce on the sandwich. I specifically said I didn't want pizza sauce on my sandwich. When I got my sandwich, it literally had pizza sauce all over the sandwich. I couldn't even barely eat it. It literally got sauce every where. I was face to face in person with a request and they weren't busy. It isn't that hard to follow a simple order or listen. I won't return to this location.
Sandwich was awesome the fries could have cooked a little longer but they were good!!
This is nothing like a sub from the east coast. I'm from Massachusetts and moved here a year ago and cant find any good food.
Let me start by saying your feet stick to the entire floor. The bathrooms are outrageously disgusting and the food is wayyy over priced. Iv seen dumpsters cleaner. Not to mention the ppl there drag there sleeves through your sandwich while it's being made. I'll never go there again. And highly recommend this place be inspected asap.
