They're always helpful, cheerful, and very funny the food is usually really hot and usually done by the time we get in there sometimes we have to wait because they're really busy but they're always very nice about it.
This place is absolutely horrible ordered food at 930pm at midnight we called to see where the food was they said it was out for delivery 1hr and half later still no delivery so no delivery but bet they got their money plus all the fees they charge. Last month my 17 yr old daughter order from here they driver stood my my porch demanding that he is not leaving until she gave him a tip after they took 3 hrs to get here and the food was cold they need to shut this store down they clearly can not do the job they are supposed to do.
I ordered a large sausage pizza and a order of chicken wings. It came to $26.00 and change I picked it up. I think I was over charged will not return.

I Ordered a customized pizza online, verified the order to make sure that the customization was correct, paid. The order arrived, sticker on box represents correct customization. I open the box to a pizza that is incorrectly made. No worries, right? Just call the store to have it corrected. When you call you get a representative, clearly not in the store, who will transfer me to the store only to have the Wabash Store not to answer. I understand more than most but for 45 minutes of constand ringing and hold loop, Noone answered. Complete Ridiculousness!!
My pizza was given to a delivery driver so I had to wait extra time without compensation...
My order was messed up so they sent me a replacement. It took about 2 hours, pizza was cold, i asked for extra sauce, didnt get any and the pizza had thin crust. Definitely not ordering from this location again.
My friend Ordered 9 pizzas for a small gathering they were having. Delivered in a timely manner, however two pizzas were missing. After being on hold for 30 min and not getting through or only going to their call center we volunteered to go pick up the pizza. Upon walking in all employees were hustling and the phone didn’t stop ringing the entire time we were there. Very friendly employees and a very helpful manager. He explained they were extremely short staffed and to focus on getting orders done they let the falls roll over to the call centers. He immediately got our order fixed and threw in an extra pizzas for the inconvenience. Although the initial order had items left out of the delivery the way the store handled fixing it earns them a 5 star review. Plus the pizzas were all made perfectly and honestly was some of the best papa John’s I’ve had in awhile.
