TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Don’t get me wrong, the food is good and all. But the older waitress is very rude. I dine in here every couple of months with my partner (I’m black, he’s white). And every time, I am always given dirty looks by the waitress. She’s always watching and staring at me. The reason I will not be eating here again, is because every time that I pay, she always tries to force me to tip before I can even reach for my wallet. She never does this to my partner. And she always makes side comments under her breath. Now, I’m not against tipping, but forcing customers to tip and trying to guilt trip them is terrible customer service. Will not be eating here again unless that RACISM TOWARDS BLACK PEOPLE issue is resolved.
I used to eat here once a week when I lived in the Haute. Food was always good, and the people were always nice. Out of all the Chinese restaurants I've eaten at, this one is still my favorite. I enjoy the tea and they have killer appetizers. Those eggrolls are the bomb.
ABSOLUTELY NASTY!! NO FLAVOR TO THE FOOD AT ALL AND WHEN YOU CALL TO TELL THEM THEY ACT LIKE THEY CANT COMPREHEND ANYTHING YOU SAY AND TELL YOU NO MORE NO MORE AND HANG UP!
