They used to be pretty good. Slow but good! Idk what happened the last few times we have went it has been terrible..... I mean bad and they have a problem with getting the orders correct...... So if you take a gamble eating here at least check to make sure you are getting the garbage you paid for.... Maybe try Plainfield Indiana .it's been a few years since I've been but they were always amazing! This place needs help.........
Very slow and had to wait a long time until I could check out. It was the manager who finally came to the cash register. She walked very slow, didn’t smile or apologize. Very mediocre service. But good food as always.
First, ordering my food went pretty good. Then my order was handed off to the cashier. Apparently the cashier could not take instructions from the person taking orders because she separated some of my order and seemingly was not going to give it to me, however my S.O. grabbed the remaining items and we went outside to eat. Half of my orange chicken was prepared correctly, the other half was petrified, my S.O. had similar results. Then I used the restroom that was sticky making a sound like squidward was walking across it. This is not a model Panda Express, and should probably provide better training. If you are wanting a good meal keep traveling, however if you want to kill a hunger pain, stop at the speedway close by and get a snack to make it to the next town for your meal.
This panda express always has an issue. I know they don't have enough employees but there is always a long wait when you go inside, even if there aren't many customers inside. They focus too much on the drive through and seem to forget inside customers are paying customers too. The food is good though.
Food is great, service is good now and they have a friendly staff. Things have changed alot since covid with staffing issues but this place is trying, please be patient with them. Sometimes I see only 2 or 3 people running the whole place but they get it done, so cut them some slack. Thanks for reading my reviews and enjoy your meal.
Typical Panda Express tasty food. If you order on line, get in line with the walk in customers. Don't wait under the "Pick up Online Orders" sign. They are too busy filling walk in orders and drive through customers. It took 39 min to get my order even after asking once.
It's time for them to take the word Express out of their name. We waited 10 minutes with no one in front of us in line while they took drive through orders only. When the lady asked us what we wanted, she said to wait, and she would let us know when it was ready. After a few minutes, I asked what they were waiting on since we only ordered what was already prepared. She said she was waiting on fried rice, and I told her we didnt order fried rice. She continued to not scoop food into a container for some reason, and after five more minutes of her not doing her job we just left. Worst customer service ever!
Ok, I love panda but this location just isn’t it. I also never do reviews because I just don’t take time out of my day to do so but i’m tired of coming here and having a bad experience. The first few times I let it slide but is it normal to have a huge piece of cabbage in the lo-mein? like seriously it’s more cabbage then lo-mein always.
This location was not good in my opinion. I tried twice both times it was extremely slow (I even ordered ahead on the app and had to wait 20+minuets after the estamate time) they did not have many of the normal entrees. The food was just your average Panda Express food. The lone person working to put the food together on the second visit was great but she really needed some help.
1st time I've ever been disappointed here at this location. They were shorthanded and I was extra polite for this reason. I felt like one girl was so mad she was trying to start a fight with customers. She was completely rude and not just to me. I waited for 25 minuets for an order that was placed online ahead of time. However, as I said they were shorthanded so I did not complain for that reason. Hopefully they can get some staff and turn this around.
