We arrived to an almost empty parking lot and almost empty restaurant. Maybe about 10 diners in there. So you can imagine my surprise when I told them we needed a table for two and was told it would be a 10 to 15 minute wait. We almost turned around and left as there were 3 other people waiting ahead of us. Next time we will not be staying. No explanation was offered when I pointed out all the empty tables. The people at the front just turned and talked to each other ... In another language... Not English.
The service was amazing. The food was cooked properly. We hosted a small baby shower here and they gave the mother-to-be a free dessert.
The service was good but the food I can't say the same about. I ordered Chicken Alfredo on angel hair pasta. Sounds simple don't it? I don't know what was on top of my Alfredo sauce but it sure didn't taste like chicken, some kind of imitation want to be chicken yeah maybe but not chicken
The Alfredo sauce is heavenly here. I could just sit there and dip breadsticks in it all day long if I didn't care about gaining weight lol! We had a great experience this time, they do seem like they could be understaffed though.
My guest and I both have service dogs. We were brought all the was to the back of the restaurant. Into an empty section and left there. We were told it was the only tables available. Our waiter finally made contact 8 minutes after we were seated. Our server apologized for "forgetting he had our section". After our food was served we were left to ur own devices. Our food was mediocre. I had to flag down another server, to recieve refills. The empty section that were placed in due to nothing else being available remained empty, until we were finished with our meal. Several of the staff tried to greet the Service dogs. The dogs ignored them. Staff could use a refresher course in how to work with people with disabilities and service dogs.
Can't go wrong with soup and salad here. I enjoy it on a regular basis. The chicken and shrimp cabonara is my favorite.
It's Olive Garden so the food is exactly what you expect. But, the service we received the last time we were in was absolutely wonderful. I believe our waitress's name was Sam and she was wonderful. It was that Saturday evening of Mother's day weekend, ISU graduation and high school Prom and I still feel like we got very prompt and kind service. I would have been in back drinking with how busy they were and Sam was always right there, with a smile, to fill our glass or refill our salad. She made celebrating my mother very easy.
Always had good experience. Today not. Waiter did not checked on us. Ordered a refill didn't get one and went to the front to get someone else to get it. Never asked about dessert which we just decided not to. We knew but was never told how to do the bill.Friday at 530p.Have been to this restaurant before and asked for the manager to give our waitress a good review in front of her
our server Sam was absolutely Phenomenal! Even tried to go the extra mile and write Happy Birthday with chocolate syrup. DEFINITELY DESERVES A RAISE!!
Great customer service, good food enough spaces
