Ordered the bacon, chicken, ranch 8" thin crust pizza. This was the best thin crust pizza that I have ever eaten! So crispy and toppings were delicious!! ?
I Got a small 12’ thin meat lovers pizza. Tasted, well let’s just say “less than good” after a 12 Hour Dr. today, anything would have made me happy, but not this. Little pricey $18. I Would not return here for carry out product. I will go to a big chain pizza outlet before ordering this again.
Food is awesome. Some of the rookie employees need additional training. But at least when the mess up they are very honest and apologetic with a wonderful personality. The small goof ups are just a little too common or I would give 5 stars to this location.
I eat at this store on a regular basis and have watched the quality go down. Today was the worst experience. We waited for 15 minutes before asking to get a waitress. About 3 minutes later one shows up took drink and food orders. It took another 5 minutes to get drinks. I ordered cheese sticks....they took 15 minutes to get out. They were cold and tasted old. At the same time our food came out. The service was horrible, the waitress had an attitude and the food was less than marginal. It will be awhile before I return. Skip this place! Forgot to mention...half the members of my party had to visit the bathroom 4 times with stomach issues after eating here.
Great food! Great service! Place was very clean an plenty of seating both booths an tables,had several T.Vs to watch if you wish,staff super polite an fast,food is very good, well worth the drive overall is was a very good experience an will be back! Would highly recommend!

This is not au jus it’s beef broth colored dishwater! Also the meat on the Italian beef was disgusting and cold! I didn’t wanna complain to the staff because I didn’t want them to think I wanted a free meal I just finished my chips and my appetizer and paid for my dinner and left but I will say this is the second time I have tried Monicals and I wasn’t a fan either time! However the pepperollies weren’t that bad it just took 25 minutes to get to my table after ordering them!
I'm on the keto diet so pizza places are my enemy.. but Monicals has a great salad! Their wings are also not breaded so they are a great choice too, just wish they had a variety other than bbq and buffalo. All the food was good.
27$ for a order of fries and a 16” pepperoni pizza is expensive but totally ok if the food is of a higher caliber. Opened my French fry box and it’s a pretty small amount for 6$, again that’s fine if the food is great except the fries are soggy and under cooked. I asked for a regular pepperoni pizza and got a burnt thin crust pizza that’s been cut into tiny squares. I’ll never again go back. Second time I’ve had a bad experience.
The one here in Terre Haute is not as good I don't think as the one in Greencastle . Ordered the Tortellini and it was cold . Pretty sure they never even ran it thru the oven . They sent it back and it did come back out fairly hot . Service was good tho ?
