If I could give them zero stars, I would. Went to go in to order and everyone literally just kept looking at us. Didn’t even try to assist us. A manager helped the guy infront of us, looked right at us, and walked out to go smoke a cigarette and play on his phone. Wasted my family’s time going here because we didn’t even get to order.
Good. The service was fast got the order right and the employee was very friendly
Not much good I can say about this visit, the lobby was unclean and only 1 employee taking orders, the other option was the self check out kiosk wich with one out of service and the remaining being used it took way to long to order my McDonald's mcdouble, prices hitting this high I will not be spending any more money than needed.
Good food and was warm. Went there around closing time and it was fast and good service.
I am giving this not based on employees, but on how McDonald's chooses to leave their night shifts short staffed. We went through the drive thru, and our food was perfect, but they forgot a couple things which isn't the end of the world except that NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE so we had to go back through the line, wait another 40 minutes just to get the sandwich and drink they forgot, and there was no way for us to just call in and let them know so they could bring it out. This is ridiculous. The staff working tonight was amazing and nice, they did the best they could under the circumstances of being forced to work late with basically no help.
My boyfriend and I found little black hair in our big breakfast.
They tell you to use the mobile app but I've sat here 20 minutes and finally called, the Mgr stated they were bringing it right out. It's been 8 minutes so far since I got a thanks for stopping by email. Poor poor service!!!UPDATE : AFTER 26 MINUTES I WALKED IN AND GOT MY ORDER, the cashier informed me they were short staffed. Smh They also forgot hashbrows.....I'm now late for work
Tonight on Sunday, April 24th at around 9:10 pm, I ordered a regular coke with no ice. Instead I got a Diet Coke, in Diet Coke the artificial sweetener is aspartame, I am quite allergic to this and if I my brother hadn’t taken a drink before me and if I was alone, I could have experienced an allergic reaction and died, possibly causing other incidents to occur such as a car accident or vehicular manslaughter. The Diet Coke button on the drink lid had been pressed, so if your employees had been paying more attention, maybe I wouldn’t have had such a close call.
We got there at about 10:30 and waited while the team served some folks at the drive through. When the server got to us, it was a few minutes past the cutoff for breakfast food. My dad was disappointed he couldn't have a Sausage McMuffin so she made the folks in the back make him what he wanted. I appreciate the service.
Had me get app to get sauce, then said didn't have sauce forgot BOTH happy meals that were ordered. Fish sandwich had stale crunchy bun
