Value meals are around $10?!?! Bun was dry. Drink flat. Fries so crispy they broke. Burger had no flavor. Nuggets cold.
It was a dark and stormy night! Just kidding.... There seemed to be a bit of a delay in the drive thru at 12:30am on a Wednesday morning. I placed a mobile which helped a lot. No real issues. The delay was very temporary and the line started moving quickly. It's much faster here than the store on US 41 and Poplar.
I have stopped at this location 2 times now and both times the employees were very rude. This time it was 1 of the Management staff.
They said they where closed till 5 short blonde with her hair pulled back, but its says 24 hours
My grandaughter and I were caught in the downpour today in Terre Haute, so we pulled into the Wabash McD's to wait it out. We were soaked to the skin just running the 20 ft to the door. When we got inside and ordered, I realized I had left my wallet in the car. The guy ringing us up, DANIEL, said he would never send someone back into the downpour and used his debit card to pay for our order! What an extraordinary young man! When the rain slowed, I did run the money back in for him, but he was gone. I left it with the manager to make sure he would receive it.
Worked here for 6 months on overnights. Severely understaffed and they still expect us to perform as if we weren't. They do not clean the machines properly and DO NOT allow you to clock out for a break "because we're adults." But the reality is we don't have the time to do anything other than serve the ridiculously huge orders at 2am. Door dashers just kind of do whatever they want then people will leave reviews blaming the restaurant.
Don’t work or eat here. They do not care about their employees nor customers. I know people who work in there full time and get paid less than the people who got hired a month ago. Management won’t listen to customers. Nor do they listen to employees. Sad to say this McDonald’s just always goes downhill and never up. New management would fix a lot with this place. It’s not hard to see how mistreated the CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES are. I’ll keep posting reviews until management changes and they start treating their customers and employees like actual human beings.
just door dashed an order that was supposed to arrive in 20 minutes. It has been over an hour and my poor dasher has tried going into the store and has tried going through the drive through and nobody is answeringshe said the employees are in the lobby yelling at each other and aren't taking orders. I've already paid 20 dollars and a ti for a door dasher and they won't even make the food. I'd like my money back and for management to talk to the Tuesday, May 3rd 2022 morning shift.Losing money and late for work waiting on food. Great stuff ....
This McDonald’s is the worst McDonald’s in terre Haute. I wouldn’t recommend this McDonald’s at all because they don’t care about their customers and they don’t care about their job. They don’t listen when you tell them your order, they act like they don’t wanna work, and they are absolutely rude!!!
It was MicDonald's I had to fish sandwiches large order of fries and a large sprit light ice and my wife had the same the food was hot and it all came up to $19.45 about average
