Terre Haute McDonald's is filthy. Worst one I have ever been in. Didn't order food and was afraid to even drink the soda. Wonder were the health inspector was? Definitely they had not visited here . Nothing was clean tables, floors, counters terrible. Bathroom was unusable. This wasn't a 1 time thing. It took sometime of not cleaning to make it this bad. This is the one closest to courthouse so not sure how other one is. Never again will I go there.
I ordered at the counter and had a very friendly gentleman take my order. I had no issues with ordering or receiving my food.My husband ordered at the kiosk. They didn't give him his drink cup and they gave him the wrong sauce.The food was fairly typical for McDonald's quality. My chicken deluxe was overcooked and over greasy, as I've come to expect from many locations. Some locations get it spot on, but this is not one of them. Chicken nuggets and quarter pounder were both pretty decent though.The sweet tea was not nearly as sweet as it usually is. It tasted more like what my parents order, half sweet and half unsweetened.Overall, exactly what I'd expect from a McDonald's.
I get some really good deals using their mobile app. I'm also a DoorDash driver in the area. The pick up system is usually pretty quick and easy. I'm pretty sure I'm in this location at least once a day.
The lady taking my order was rude and kept cutting me off. She wouldn't listen long enough to get me entire order. When I pulled out to pick up my food I tried to complain about it and the young man slammed the window shut and smirked with his buddy! Terrible, teach your employees respect!
Placed an order online for mobile order. Called them to let them know so that my friends could pick it up. Got very rude with me. Told me they were cash only and that my friends wouldn’t be able to pick up the order because there mobile order system isn’t up. Why don’t they shut it down then? Very displeased with the service here.
Ice cream machine down.. once again. I don't get it. No where else has these problems?? Not to mention the place was gross! stuff all over the counters, the employees weren't the friendliest either. It has gotten so expensive.. I might as well spend the same money at a place that had better food, is cleaner & has a working ice cream machine..
Service was absolutely terrible. The cashier was rude. Had people waiting and going as if they don’t have other people in the lobby. As I’m still waiting as I type this out, been nearly 15 minutes. As the cashier continues not to care even when they have potential customers who want to pay them to make our food.It wasn’t even that busy, and she acted like we were not worth her time. Thing is though the lady cashier with the longe blonde ponytail making the rest of her team look bad. 3/10.Do not recommend this place at all.
I have been there twice in the last month. Both times I dined in the restaurant. I found the service to be extremely slow even though there were very few customers at the registers. All four of us waiting for our food had the same experience with the cashier. She was extremely rude. In fact, I think that’s the worst experience I’ve ever had by people providing service
Every time we go there our food comes to us cold and the buns are old or something. You take a bite of your sandwich and the bun completely crumbles. The slowest McDonald's in Terre Haute. Try not to go there unless we have to
It's a great McDonald's. I never give 5 stars because I think McDonald's needs a little work. But they have perfected ice tea and coffee, ok and fries. The rest may be well made and taste good...but we all know what's in the food...and its not wholesome.
