I love Maurizio's pizza. This one on Wabash needs a good cleaning, food smeared on the walls around the booths. It never gets cleaned, same food on the wall different day. I wish the North store never closed. Much better service, clean, and for whatever reason the pizza tasted so much better. I hope the Wabash store can stay open. I wish they would just clean the dang place.
I have been eating Maurizios for over forty years, and over the past year it has gone down hill. The sauce has been watered down, crust has gotten thinner, and the meat toppings are not of the same quality. Unfortunately if they don't change something soon, they will not be around much longer. I have been around the pizza industry for many years and eaten pizza all over the country, so I know what I'm talking about. For anyone who has not been to Greeks at 6th & Wabash, your missing out, their pizza is amazing.
Haven't been here for a while my last review I posted it was perfect pizza. Well I ordered it what I thought was a 747 (20inch) pizza and received a 17inch or so pizza which was cold in the middle. Staff seemed like they didn't want to be there.. after this dont think I'll be back...
The pizza was terrible the ingredients slid right off when you pull it apart the people that work at this store should be ashamed of themselves that was the most horrible pizza I've ever tasted my entire life it was like rubber. In my day when somebody ordered A747 they got a massive pizza that fed more than a couple of people. The ingredients are subpar, and this business should be closed due to incompetent management and terrible quality
They don't know what half means really disappointing was really looking forward to eating some good pizza trash now thanks for the waste of money
This is my nostalgia pizza place when I come back to Terredice. Sicilian 747 w pep, mushrooms, and jalapenos for the fam. It hasn't disappointed yet.
Had to go back to my childhood memory of the 747. Delicious food and a very casual dining experience.
Good sauce and toppings. Crust was a bit thicker than I prefer, but overall, a good pizza. We got the Maurizio’s special.
Maurizio has been around for over 45 years....they have perfected the PIZZA.They have a 747 that is Great!
Great customer service and great pizza. I would recommend this place to anyone.
