My sister and I had my birthday lunch here. It was awesome I had lamb gyro. My sis the beef. We both agreed it was delicious!
Poor service. Order a 8 pieces traditional wings with the tropical rum sauce and fries and 10 pieces boneless wings with tropical rum and ask for ranch. was charged almost $35 with delivery charge. Was told it would be delivered in about 30 to 35 minutes. had to call back at 45 to 50 minutes because food was still not here and was told they should be here. Food finally got to me about 55 to 60 minutes after I had ordered. Food was cold, sauce was watered down, and forgot the ranch. I have had Mama D's before with the tropical rum sauce and it was great. Apparently Mama D's has lost their touch. You have lost 2 customers now
We stopped in for a quick lunch. Great food. The staff were nice. I’m glad we stopped in finally. What are you waiting for? Give them a try.
It all fell apart…and I’m sorry, cheese on a gyro is just wrong. Always trying to support local, but y’all slipping
Best gyro I've ever had. I had the lamb and my girlfriend had the beef and felt the same way.
Went their from Plainfield In 1st time and the food is great. Crispy chicken and very moist on inside. The fish is very good also. The people their are friendly. I think I'm gonna have to go back s[n because they have a Gyro that looks very good.
Just no! Honestly not sure what was lamb and what was cheese it was so..... smashed (I guess you could say) together.
In Town today to watch My God baby box today.He won by the way Lol. Found this place online. It was great. Very friendly service was Great! Food was even better! It was 6 of us an everyone was very satisfied with there food. Nice place. I definitely will come back to Terra Haute Just for Mama D's. ?
We spend a couple nights in Terre Haute every year. This year I searched for a new restaurant to try. We decided to go to Mama D's. The food was fantastic. The cake pop was amazing. The atmosphere leaves something to be desired. We were the only people in the restaurant and it was quiet when we walked in. The guy that took our order was super nice. As soon as we sat down the music was cranked. It was explicit and vulgar music and it was *loud*. We couldn't talk to each other. As soon as we threw away our trash the music was turned down and it was quiet again as we walked out the door. I love to support small businesses and I love good food. If we should return we would order carry out and eat in our hotel.
Favorite place to eat in town. They have a wide variety to choose from and everything on the menu is so good. The wing sauces make it so hard to choose all are delicious. The chicken Philly is amazing. Great service and hot food every time.
