Their south entrance off US 41 is poorly designed and damaged my right tire the night before Thanksgiving. Kroger accepts no responsibility for the damage to my tire, so I'm out $200 to repair the scrape to my tire.

My daughter got hurt here today because they left a metal cart laying in the aisle. Luckily she didn’t get too hurt and thank goodness it wasn’t an elderly person because they could have broken a bone or worse. I’m pretty sad and disappointed. When we talked to the manager he acted as if it was no big deal. He did ask if she was ok but really she is 6 years old and isn’t going to talk to a stranger. He asked if we wanted to sign some paper but didn’t tell us what is was. I drive 30 mins a week to do my shopping here and I’m so upset how this was handled. This has always been my favorite store but now I don’t know if we will be going back. It scared my daughter pretty bad and she was crying and was in pain. She was saying that she doesn’t want to go back to Kroger ever again.
Just love all the desserts, and the women that makes the cookies do real good and so friendly. My 2 year has to have one everytime we shop
Asked for papers for a close friend’s service dog, which is extremely illegal, and made her leave when she didn’t have them on hand. Will not be returning to this location- EVER.

Just tried pick up today. Absolutely amazing. Everything I ordered, perfect. Packed in my trunk. Very polite and helpful staff. Parked for a total of 5 minutes on a Friday night... then done!!! Pick Up at Kroger for the Win!!!
