OMG the ooey gooey goodness!! I love this place. Cookies are always on point, service is quick & easy and the staff is really nice!
The cookies and ice cream here are quality and so amazing!! They were hot and fresh when I got to eat my cookie sandwich and I’d driven all the way home already!! Definitely coming back!! Makayla, Elizabeth and Sade were incredibly helpful and very kind!! They have warm smiles that make you feel welcome! Definitely check them out for some quality desserts to fix that sweet tooth! ?
Ok cookies, never ready on time.I've ordered a few times, and while the cookies are good, they're never ready at the time I've ordered to pick up. This time I had to wait 30 minutes in the shop while the girl cooked them, and then they weren't cooled all the way and are stuck together. Just know they taste good but they probably won't be ready at the time you order them for, which I think makes a huge difference in the experience.
So not only did we receive no indication that our order had been canceled our card was also charged and we were sent a text message that the delivery had been completed when no cookies were delivered or ever on the way. When we called to see what was going on the lady acted like we were the problem. She was rude and offered no answers as to the problem. Then struggled to give us away to get our money back because we would be receiving nothing. Stay away it’s way over priced anyway
I tried to have a birthday cake delivered and waited for the delivery time... called two hours later and my order was lost. I understand they are short on drivers and staff, I just wished I had received some contact so I could have made different arrangements...
I ordered the Buy 12 get 6 free for a birthday party it took over an hour and a half to be delivered. When I tried to call about it I was on hold for 15 minutes. They finally arrived. Short 5 cookies. I called back to speak to someone. Again the process took 15-20 minutes. They agreed to bring out the cookies. 24 hours later I am still waiting. This is the second time I have had problems. The cookies may be good. The service is not. I will not be back. I will go to Walmart and bake my own
Ordered through their website and immediately got a phone call that the Norman location doesn’t carry the candy cane cookies. My choices were sub the cookies for something else or cancel the order. I asked if they could cancel just those cookies and he had to run that by his manager. Less than 2 minutes later he called back to tell me I would have to call customer service to request a refund for that part of my order but they could add candy cane bits to my cookie butter if I wanted to sub out instead. Caved and subbed out. Finally got my order and the loaded brownie didn’t have reeses pieces on top as ordered. Instead it had brownie bites. Everything tasted fine, not amazing and IMO not worth the extra cost. Next time I’ll head to Walmart for my late night snacks.
Went in and literally half of the menu was covered and marked out of stock and even stuff not we were told was not available. Left with nothing, highly disappointed.

Never again will I go to Insomnia. Wanted a first week of school treat so I went by at 10:00 to get some cookies. There was a sign on the door that said online order only. Frustrating. I had a free coupon for delivery my apartment gave me, so I used it. I waited for TWO HOURS. The tracker would not work. Finally they got here, I opened them, and there’s only five cookies, not six. The box is called “super six”…how hard is this? Even if it’s a first week of school “we’re busy” situation, how do you not anticipate that as a business? Ridiculous. Now I get to enjoy my almost $4 cookies each cold.
