Fast,clean,polite. My dining experience was fast clean and polite everyone there was helpful the food was prepared fast and tasted well the service was outstanding the dining area was very clean soda fountains were very clean all in all a very nice place to eat a quick bite. The price was reasonable also.
Terre Haute staff was courteous. Price and food was great. Breadsticks are still a nice bonus. :-)
I travel a lot for work and the quality I saw in their employees is rare. The staff here are hard working and are very polite. I was there 2 separate days and the story was the same. I honestly wanted to give them business cards and poach them lol. Our company is always looking for this. The staff should be very proud of themselves because they have a quality many employers are looking for. These are those who are trainable and desirable. I truly hope your boss realizes the treasure they have. If I'm in the area again for personal or work, I will be back.
Have ate here quite a few times and the food is pretty good, however the wait in the drive thru is terrible. Sat in the drive thru for about 40 minutes. Overall good place to eat but the slow drive thru really drops the rating. If it were not for the decent food, we would not eat here.
Ice tea is always good. Right now the pumpkin cheesecake - is so worth it. Fazolis food doesn't always have that rich spicy Italian flavors - (lasagna is pretty good though) - but it is good (and fast). I like getting the family meal of pastas!
The food was delicious although my husband had to ask for our breadsticks ajd my sons drink that we paid for 5 times before we finally got them and the waitress started cleabing and forgot after we had asked several times.
food was good but the service its not we order 10 pieces of sweet honey Bbq wings we ddnt notice our order its not the same no chicken wings .. and yesterday again we order and we notice no fork so we decide eating using our barehands while in the car
Food was good. Dinning area was clean. Staff was nice. Definitely one of the better eating places.
We had the absolute best experience at this Fazoli’s!!The service was phenomenal!! The two ladies working were so sweet and accommodating! They are definitely assets to your company!! The food was incredible too! If we were local, we would absolutely visit regularly and will definitely be back the next time we’re in town! Great job!
This place used to be good, quick, with very good customer service. The last 2 times I've been here, it's a completely different experience. The first time (on 11/18) we went through the drive thru. We were the third car from the speaker. Line didn't move for 10 minutes. Come to find out, they were taking one order at a time and completing it all the way through before taking another order. I figured they were short staffed until getting to the window and seeing 6 people in the back... Mostly standing around. 40 minutes from getting to the store, I'm finally on my way.Back to today.. 3 people in the drive thru again so we go inside. Perfect. There's basically no one in here. Still takes 35 minutes to get our food. 2 people came in about 6 or 7 minutes after us and one got their food before us (they ordered more food than we did) and the other got their food at the same time as us and he ordered basically the same thing as us.Bottom line: this place is a joke. If you are in a hurry or want your food in a reasonable amount of time, go somewhere else
