I'm always trying new things hers. The workers in the drive-thru are so kind. They even have some cute cups for sale at the drive-thru window sometimes. I should've bought one the other day!
imagine being dunkin and not having any donuts early in the morning because "we sold out unexpectedly" on a holiday when u should be more prepared.
I ordered a wake-up wrap with bacon and it was very good but could've been less dry but overall the staff is very kind!
Didn’t get the right drink. Tbh idk what I got. Then to top it off I got a large and had like 5 sips out of it. Can I please get something to drink with my ice next time. At least give me $6 worth of ice at a minimum lol

You only get your drink how you order it half the time, sugar usually all sitting in the bottom I have learned to ask for a straw so I can stir my coffee. And if you want to drink from here anytime 30 minutes or sooner before close. Good luck. They usually lock their doors and turn off all the lights 30 minutes early! Go to the location on S 3rd Street instead!
1st time here. The first four times I told them what I wanted they said they were out of. So I had to settle for something I really didn't want and it was horrible more than day old donuts. Really disappointing. My husband hates to spend money and it's no wonder when you get unsatisfactory food. Should have been thrown away the day before I ordered it
Bagel sandwich was hard as a rock, and the hash rounds were burnt !!! Very disappointed with their food....
I ordered a chai latte through the drive thru, pull away and it was iced coffee. I took it back for a new drink. The owner had the audacity to say she tasted it and it was chai! I actually pulled over and spit it out it was iced coffee. It even smelled like coffee and was a darker color. Even my husband said it was coffee. While she did give me a new drink she felt it necessary to argue with me. Will never be back!!
Exceptional customer service from Ryder. They took time to tell us what donuts they had left and were patient with us while we chose. They insisted on brewing fresh coffee for us! I am impressed. This will be our regular stop from now on! Thank you for caring.
