Picked up our order and it was hot and ready. Delicious catfish, fried portobello mushrooms. Sides were delicious and the portions were huge!!!! Dont waste your money on fast food!!!

Okay, so everytime we have came to eat the servers are great. However the Manager Thersa is absolutely unprofessional.We had a hair in our sauce for an appetizer, she didn’t apologize, just said from another room “ can I get you another sauce” and we said yeah that would be great. She slams down the sauce & never once apologized or even made conversation at all & then doesn’t take off the bill. The GM came and apologized for her & offered us free desert.Then our food came out wrong.So then she decided to send our server home because she was upset that the server was trying to accommodate us by letting the GM know , since nothing was done the correct way .Wont be returning here.
LOVE. THIS. RESTAURANT!Super friendly staff, A-maxing food! The steaks are perfection and dessert are epic!Note: The bar can been out of a lot of its beer selection.If you’re flexible in your drink order, you will LOVE this place.
Food was decent and service was good considering how swamped they were with only 2 servers. As we looked around, we spotted what looked to be mildew on the ceiling and walls. There was also a lot of cold air coming in from the electrical outlet at our booth.
Most definitely require the Portobello mushroom fries! Tastes a lot like morels. My parents really like onion rings so we got a combo appetizer. Mom is NOT a fan of mushrooms... but we had onion rings left over and were fighting over the mushrooms!
Take a date or guests, brace to be embarrassed by the poor experience. Previously excellent food is currently poor. Three disappointing visits in a row. The dozen+ visits supporting this business feel wasted. Hope the owner is aware of the epic fail his once excellent restaurant is fast becoming.Staff apologize constantly for endless kitchen screw ups. Food arrives randomly at the table, entrées up to 15 minutes apart, sides forgotten or wrong. Drink refills are rare and last beer I had was stale. However staff is very busy rushing around putting out 'fires'.Served a COLD $35 steak, COLD $39 prime rib, hashbrown casserole with a skimmed over film from sitting out getting cold, shrimp fried in dirty unchanged or unfiltered oil, congealed solid or frozen cocktail sauce. Very long hour+ waits both times for COLD poor quality food.My misadventure is far from unique. Last visit two neighboring tables had similar issues. 1) Raw pork chop replaced with burned pork chop. 2) After ordering Prime Rib at 6:20pm - told about 7:10pm they were out of prime rib.
Don’t do it! We used to enjoy the Seelyville location, but this is NOT it. It took over an hour to get our lunch (at 2 pm). My daughter’s Breakfast burger was ordered medium and was completely rare (photo), and had no hashbrown casserole on it, which was the whole reason she ordered it. My salad was ordered dressing on the side, but was absolutely drowned in dressing. The chicken is obviously breaded in the same pan as the fish, so my daughter wouldn’t eat it. An hour and a half later, I can’t wait to never come back.
Tried out Big Willy's on the recommendation of our daughter and son-in-law. We will definitely have to eat here again, as the food was excellent and the service top notch, despite their being short-staffed, a problem we all know too well these days.Be sure, burger fans, to try the Cheddar Ribeye Burger, a unique treat for steak, cheese and burger lovers. I loved it!
