Love the food and the people they are amazing thank u for the awesome service
Their service makes you feel at home and the food was so superb that I didn't leave anything behind. Great coffee! Unique interior layout, very interactive.
Great homey atmosphere. Waitresses actually have a conversation with you. Homemade pies. Daily specials starting. @ 11 am. I have eaten there 2x. Lunch & breakfast. Everything ordered was great tasting. Next time I visit Terre Haute will come again.
Great food. Great service. Reasonably priced.
Food is ok, but the service was great. It's a tiny family owned restaurant. Our server had a great sense of humor. Kept us all laughing the whole time we were there.
My grandmother Bev, is the owner of the place. She works so hard to keep the restaurant going for almost 42 years now! The food in general is amazing and mmm don't get me started on her homemade meringue pies!
Fantastic!! Our waitress, Mickey, was friendly and funny! Food was great! Will visit again.
I had been here before and remembered it to be mediocre but it's right down the street from me and wanted to find a locally owned place that I could visit often so I thought I'd try it again. My first cup of coffee was Luke warm. I ordered the Big breakfast with eggs over medium, fried potatoes with sausage gravy, sausage patties, and rye toast. I also asked for hot sauce when I ordered. The eggs were cooked perfectly, the potatoes and gravy were very good, the sausage was undercooked for me (I think they are pre-cooked and come frozen) and the rye toast was not toasted enough for me. The staff was very nice but overworked so service wasn't the best. I like hot sauce on my eggs and I don't like cold eggs so by the time I got the hot sauce I had already eaten them. My 2nd cup of coffee was much better. I love the look and feel of the restaurant and I really like the staff but I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon. The food was ok but they need more staffing. (The waitresses were working very hard, they just needed help)
