spoke to a lady the other day, she was short and older..was very disrespectful with me. and there was a new girl working, she was very polite and apologetic considering she doesn’t know how to do everything yet. But the WHOLE time the older lady was so rude and snappy with her as well and had no patience. so my friend asked who the manager was and if he could get a contact info and she says “the boss is my son, why do u need contact info” Like bc you are the problem lady. she was extremely disrespectful the whole time to us and the poor girl training.. WILL NOT BE BACK.
Why is it that I came all the way down south for a pretzel and they're for some reason closed before they are supposed to be.!?? Second time this has happened...guess the hours of operation are a choice for whom ever is working. Not worth my time anymore.
This rating has nothing to do with the pretzel I didn’t wind up buying and everything to do with watching the girl (I believe named Hillary) who was making them. More accurately she’s the girl who was SUPPOSED to be making them. What she was actually doing was wearing the blue gloves that are supposed to be sanitary while scrolling through her phone (something we all know is incredibly dirty) WHILE WEARING THE GLOVES, then scratching her head - again WHILE WEARING THE SAME GLOVES, putting down her phone, and then starts handling the dough WITH THE SAME GLOVES ON. C’mon now! I changed my mind and didn’t wait for a fresh pretzel. Was going to leave this privately in the survey but the information for finding the survey wasn’t accurate.

Hate that they moved to Wal-Mart South. We used to get pretzels all of the time when they were in Meijer because we live close to Meijer and have never (and will never) shop at Wal-Mart. Haven't had a Ben's Pretzel since.

Hey, now that's a great shop idea. Who doesn't like pretzels; get through the check out line and grab a snack size cup of pretzels from a pretty girl and keep it moving. That's a real nice set up.
