Fresh hot food! Short line and friendly staff!
Rude staffing, waited 15 minutes to place a order for the foh girl to come up rude as hell saying we had been complaining the whole time 10/10 will not be back
I have been making a point to stop at this particular Arbys every Wednesday to have lunch. But, every time I have stopping the last 3 or 4 times and did not get the sauce I’d asked for to go with my chicken or today, my roast beef sandwich. I honked for good service but I park and find no sauces. One time I only received one drink! I’m going to start eating some place else. 3 times are too much.
I ordered the Reuben meal and ask for no thousand Island and extra sauerkraut and there was barely any sauerkraut on either side of the sandwich I took it up to the counter and showed them and they said that's the way it's supposed to be I said here it's right on the order I showed it to him where I requested that they put extra sauerkraut on it and they didn't and this is not the first time this has happened at that very very same restaurant on South 3rd Street in Terre Haute, I don't recommend that you trying to change their menu or customize your meal because they won't do it the way you ask them to so consider that before you visit this place I know I'm not happy this is not the first time this has happened there but there's no point in bringing it to their attention cuz they don't seem to care
Good food slow service but order was correct
Food wasn't fresh to order @ 6pm on a Tues evening. They had mounds us fries, chicken strips, and nuggets just sitting under the warmer. They use to make mozzarella sticks fresh to order, seems they've gotten away from this. Been to 2 separate stores in last 2 weeks and neither time the food was fresh. Anytime someone goes inside to eat food should be made to order. Would rather wait an extra 5 mins than get room temperature food.
They dropped their potato cakes. Not a fan of their curly fries. Sandwiches are great.
I love that this is an Arby's we can go inside and visit. It was clean, appear to be well managed, and the food was delicious!
Horrible horrible horrible...Darren should be fired!!!!! He is rude and very unprofessional. I feel sorry for the people that work there with him...and he's a manager....the service alone makes me second guess and reconsider patronizing this business.
Food is good. Minus one star for order accuracy. Had to ask for an item that was missing from order. Store is clean.
