Fantastic food, just as ordered and very fast. The lady behind the counter preparing the food is just a doll and super attentive, pleasent and super nice! This was my first time here. I am not from the area. I came in on the bus and I got turned all around walking in the wrong direction, was very hungry and thirsty and spotted this station so I went to get a soda and seen they had made to order food, so I said "what the hell I'll try it". It didn't bother her to assist me in filling out the order slip as she was more than willing to. She was very helpful. Prices seemed a bit high. My bill was $12 and some change for a meal (for a turkey wrap soda and chips)..However thinking the wrap was white or wheet I just said wrap. Spinach was the only kind, I hate spinach but that was the best darn wrap I have ever had? I will be back in a couple weeks and i will do my part in recommending y'all in the future..Thanks Ma'am See You Soon❤️And the gentleman on the station side was also very nice

I went to this store on may 2nd between the hours of 1-2. I went to the counter to talk with the person on staff. I wanted to Order a sandwich he said I needed to fill out the paper he walked away without listening he pointed to the counter and told me what I needed to do. I started to explain pain tge I was visually impaired he just said that’s what you have to do. Then he went back behinds the counter to finish working. No further communication or offer of assistance.

We had the Philly steak sandwich and it was superb! fresh bread, oooey- gooey melted provolone and the meat was good quality & delicious… highly recommend this place!

Tried this place twice, a couple months apart, just to get a better feel for it. The sandwiches are definitely good, but you get what you pay for. They are definitely NOT the type of sandwich you eat while driving. I ate mine while parked and still lost a bunch of it on my floorboard. Both times I came in there were signs that said "No Fries" and "No Shakes" so that was disappointing, but I probably won't be going here much since a large sandwich and large pop is $18.

We went to get a sandwich after leaving the casino across the street. The ladies sitting in the dining room area was doing some kind of sign language towards me. I didn’t understand what she was trying to get across to me. She finally got up and said she was on her lunch break. She needed to finish her lunch.I guess we will have to try the place when all the workers are finished eating.

Didn't have food listed on menu. They were even out of fries. Even though this is a new building the insides are beginning to look dinghy and unkept. Hopefully the city health department will keep a close eye on this new establishment.

I want to give it a 2 1/2, because we had to go to both locations because the 1st one didn't have any Steak Meat so they said and the old lady that was at the 1st place was along with the young man were very rude to me and my wife. So we went to the 2nd location and the lady that talked to us was very Apologetic for the first one that we went to, and even helped us learn how to order their sandwiches, but they too were also out of things like the Fries that we wanted. The lady began to tell us how their Fries maker had been down and they keep having issues with it and that the company just won't fix it, or have it fixed right. It's kind of troubling seeing how both these places are Brand New to our area. The sandwiches were ok they definitely pack the meat in them, but the Prices are really just way to high I felt like.

Cool stop in South Bend. Three floors of Studebaker history with plenty of cars and wagons to see. Took about 75 minutes to wander and read. The Studebaker space is attached to the History Museum, but we didn't go there. (Student and AAA discounts)

Doesn't deserve the one star. I've never been to this place so I ordered at the order counter, my order was wrong and when I called to tell them the person who messed up the order answered. You think when you can a business you'd get a thank you for calling.... Nope she answered hello, I was stunned so I said hello to which she said hello, I asked her if I'd called a personal line or a business, her response literally was "you called us". Long story short I spoke to the "manager" who was just as rude. I took the order back (leaving me no time to go anywhere else for to time restraint of my lunch) and not one person apologized for the mistake but, blamed me for not knowing how things work.

clean.. understaffed.. noticed masks not worn by staff in gas station or sandwich prep area.
