Just ordered a apple/pecan salad and returned to work to eat. Major disappointment! The lettuce/spinach was all soggy/old and very nasty. The apples in the salad were all mushed not edible! I will NOT order this again, nor will I visit this particular store again.

If I am really being honest, I do not like Wendy's at all. My sister worked there for only 3 days, but the things she experienced with the employees and managers was terrible. The employees don't wear gloves when preparing food and are very disrespectful towards fellow employees. My sister called this morning to quit, and her manager was very rude and disrespectful. I highly recommend somebody call in a health inspector to check things out over there.

why we love Wendy's...small print exclusions...free is not free...

It’s a really hard time to judge a business due to massive staffing shortages nationwide. The dining room was not open so drive thru was the only option. There was a decent wait to get to order and then waiting for food. However based solely on food, it was pretty good. All factors given, still a 3/5 stars.

Line can be a bit long on wait ... Order taker tends to take 2 cars at a time then once 2nd car pays takes the next order... They also run out of things fairly quickly during dinner hours ... Tonight was strawberry summer salad and the chicken pecan salad .. last time was Chili ... So always ask before ordering since they don't usually mention it till you order it... But high note is the orders are generally accurate and hot and fresh...

My daughter never got her debit card back from the drive thru cashier then this person tried to order wings etc 11 times from door dash and tried to get a dash pass. Assistant Manager Eric admitted he has the card right in front of him, ready to be picked up. TCU is on it 100%, card was blocked immediately and no charges succeeded, nice try on trying to feed yourself... FKN thief!!!

You know why that Wendy's line is empty? It's because when you pull up to order they make you pull up to the window. And when you pull up to the window they tell you that anything other than a drink will be a 15 minute wait.Why is unclear, because there is clearly no one who has opted to wait 15 minutes for fast food. So what are they actually up to?I don't know. I'm already in line at Hardee's.

I guess it was take your kid to work day. I saw employee drinks out where all the customers could see them. And when I first had gone in I did see a little boy in the dining area. But as I was leaving I tripped over his shoe that was by the counter. An employee just said oh that is my son’s shoe. The restaurant seemed dirty but I realize it was the end of the dinner rush

Never... again... instead of refunding or asking if you'd like something replaced, they will give you whatever you want. No real manager on duty. Called corporate and wrote to them, didn't get ANYTHING for two weeks! Guess I'll just have to dispute the charges. I'll NEVER go back to Wendy's.

This Wendy’s is by far the worst Wendy’s around! They never have vanilla frosty’s and every time I ask for unsweet tea they give me sweet. I can’t believe there’s not an option to give 0 stars because I would give them no stars.
