Great service as soon as we entered the store. Friendly and informative were the employees that we engage with. What can you say about chocolate. Simply fantastic!
Tours are on the hour every hour.. unless there is a field trip going on. Arrived at 10:51am and bought tickets for a factory tour, we were told it would be a little late because a field trip tour was just ending. We waited patiently for over an hour while the kids were attended to. At 12:00 we asked about the tour and we’re told it would be just a few minutes as they were finishing up the field trip purchases. I get it, there were A TON of 2nd graders. At 12:11 we asked if there would be a tour and we’re told that there wouldn’t be another tour until 1:00. I explained that we had arrived on time for the 11am tour and had already waited an hour and 20 minutes for a tour and was rudely told that they had been dealing with 40 children so they wouldn’t do another tour until 1pm. They easily refunded my tickets, but there was no reason to be rude. I would recommend calling ahead to check for large tours/field trips around the time you want to go.

I grew up on Falcon St. and being right down from the chocolate factory was like living in the Charlie & the Chocolate Factory. It is truly a landmark within South bend. If you ever visit this city you need to visit this factory. They give you an in-depth tour of the history of chocolate and how they create it here in our town. This chocolate factory is truly one of a kind and you get a sweet surprise at the end!! Pay for the ultimate tour It is worth it. Me and my family have been to this thing plenty of times along with a school trip to this place. Go here if you want a great time! Plus you even get to buy some chocolate at the end of it.

From mystery shape chocolates to 64lb solid chocolate Santas they push some boundaries by putting gold flakes directly in their crafted treats.Go buy some of their "almost perfect" chocolates at a huge discount. Your stomach will not know the difference.
