Texas Roadhouse has good steaks. Their green beans have a great smoke flavor. During Covid we ordered it to go and it was really good each time. Customer service is generally good.
My husband and I both had the rib eye steak dinner. It came with two sides. We both ordered the loaded baked potato (99 cent up charge for loaded) and the side dinner salad. The steaks and seasoning, ordered medium, were perfect. The side salads were also very good. They were fresh with a nice variety of vegetables. The baked potatoes were okay but would not pay for the up charge again. The bacon bits, cheese and sour cream were just minimal and the potato was not hot. We definitely will go back for the steaks!
My wife and I dined at the South Bend location on Saturday, July 9, 2022. We had not been to a Texas Roadhouse in a long time, but I was impressed!When we arrived the place was packed! We did the call-ahead seating and the hostess got us seated us right away. The person that took us to our table stopped at the kitchen to get some hot rolls which we were able to enjoy as soon as we were seated.With so many restaurants being short staffed, this management team is doing a great job! In addition to our waitress, there were people delivering the food and other people busing and clearing the tables. They all seem like they’re enjoying their job too. We’ll definitely be back.
The grilled chicken salad was perfect! My sons 2 burgers varied in taste. He preferred 1 over the other. My to go order was incorrect. I made the mistake of not checking it before leaving. Now I have to store it in my fridge until I can return or lose my $$. My car is in the shop indefinitely as I explained to the manager over the phone. Our server was great. I would have appreciated the dirty plates being removed.
Only giving two stars because my server was amazing. The food was OK, but my daughters fries were burnt like they had been cooked over and over and then left in a hot plate. And the chicken tenders were under cooked and soggy. This definitely wasn't worth a $30 lunch. Will probably never go back unless I get the rolls to go.
Our waitress was amazing, so understanding of my 4 year old and anticipated our (especially his) needs. I feel so fortunate when i have a waitress who understands how to deal with grabby toddlers. The food was amazing and the rolls with big and doughy! Nice atmosphere. We tried to go on memorial day and it was packed, so we went the next day and were not disappointed. The steak quality is spectacular, I was planatly surprised and the sangria margarita was amazing! Will definitely be back.
Excellent ribeye with bbq ribs. Baked potato and chilled salad was great. Very generous portions. Restroom was clean and neat. My server, Grace, recommended the proper order. Good service all around.

The only reason I give them a 4 is because of scheduling issues. It takes to long to get in this place. But the food and service is always excellent.
This is the 2 nd time I've been here. I went on 3/26 /22. I ordered the prime rib. I figured this being a steak house it would be delicious. Very disappointed. The texture was strange and a different flavor than I've had with prime rib. The wait staff was great though. I doubt I'll go back again.
