So there are some really friendly and nice workers at this location. Kendrick is really great manager at this location .This day in particular I went for my mobile order. I usually order the Nacho Belle Grande extra meat and extra nacho cheese and rice on the side. Well today it was clearly no extra meat on the nachos and they put my rice on the nachos instead of on the side. So I went inside to get my food made over right when I came in to tell the young man who was btw very respectful and did not debate just simply went and made my food over.There was an Old Caucasian lady that wanted to debate and argue with me saying that there was extra meat. Even afterward she was still running her mouth talking about what she did and this and that instead of leaving the subject alone. People like her make the whole store look bad in situations like this. She most definitely should not be working in the food service industry.
Pretty decent service and speed, but when we go to this location and order chips & cheese, they forget the chips & cheese like 90% of the time. Has happened WAY too often
So it's 818 am and it says open at 8 am but yet some how a employee wants to yell we not open like 5 times like she mad she works at tacobell and that somebody tryin to get breakfast where the hell do u find these jokes of employees at like literally I can tell who I'm going to hire and who I'm not right at the interview I'd bet money yall don't get no business there at all and are gunna close down cause awful management
Getting your order is a very very long wait due to people not wanting to work, I was born a patient person but I personally will not put up with rudeness plus a long wait !!!
Fast service and order was correct. We had four orders and they were all correct!
Worst Taco Bell in the city. Never open on time. Terrible service. Attempted to reach out to corporate and no one contacted me

It's ok. There is never anybody willing to just take your order. They are very under staffed, and it takes forever to get your food.
Ordered a quesadilla meal with steak. Got a chicken quesadilla that had lettuce and tomatoes in it.
They were upfront about expectations, but they stated 20+ minutes before they would even take an order. This seems unacceptable in this world.
