The food was over all alright. But the service was terrible. We order online and waited til it was almost done and headed that way to get it and it was a 15 minute drive and when we got there it wasn't done and the lady we asked didn't even tell anyone we was there so we waited for about 30+ minutes and they didn't even start on it yet after saying we wanted a refund they then made the food. Saying no we won't do refund we will make it now.

The wait time was ridiculous. Two items I asked for ( on the menu. ) they said they were out of. I asked for ice water with the meal and girl said they out of Water. ( The meal came with a drink) Then as I wasDriving down the road. I reached the bag to checkmy order. The food was in the bag, but absolutely No Napkins. But they did provide me with eight Taco sauce packets. They didn't asked me if I wanted any sauce.I never want sauce, but some Napkins would be real good!!

Service! Bad! We've been to the Bell on Ireland Rd 3 times in two weeks. First time it was closed at noon because of "maintenance" issues. Second there was no one behind counter at lunch time. We stood in line 5 minutes wondering, then a lady came out of bathroom and when asked said "it's only me and one other and she's in the back." We left. Third time the staff was overwhelmed. No one came to counter for 10 minutes although there was 4 of us in line waiting. They were focused on drive through. We even thought about going out to our car and driving through! We ordered at kiosk but our order didn't come up because we elected to pay cash. Those behind us were called for their orders because they had paid with card. Paying cash actually saves Taco Bell the fee. But we were served last. Order is not turned in to preparers until you pay. We will still go to the Bell because we love the food. But this location needs some training and a good manager. Franchise owner should visit once in awhile to see the needs.

This is the worst Taco Bell ever. They get something wrong on my order EVERY SINGLE TIME; in fact, they've even gotten the replacement order wrong. They skimp on serving size and you get half the filling in your tortilla than any other Taco Bell I've been to. The beans are usually completely dried out and crusty. The lines are horrendous. Drive somewhere else.

Worst location I’ve ever been to. Employees are all chatting and barely working meanwhile lobby is full of people waiting on food. When I ordered, there was only one person ahead of me. I waited over 15 minutes for (3) spicy potato tacos and before i left, others were waiting on mobile orders that were not started and one that employees didn’t even know was put in. Needless to say, I left without my food and will never be back. Not once did an employee even let people know that orders would be so backed up.Workers get paid more to care even less now

If I could give this store zero stars I would. Open lobby is always so sporadic. One day it’s open one day it’s not, the drive thru always has a million cars, and whether it’s for me or door dash I refuse to sit in that line. The one time I made it to the speaker at 3 pm they told me they were closed. This location has been going down down down hill for a few years now. I don’t think I’ll ever risk taking a door dash, or Uber order for this Taco Bell or any for that matter. And definitely won’t be getting food for myself here. This place is too unpredictable and sometimes driving there feels like I wasted either time or gas or both. Sorry Ireland road Taco Bell but Y’all need to get it together!

We ordered on the Kiosk. There were only two employees but they got the food out in a timely manner for minding the Drive Thru and lobby. Kudos to the two young men that were working..

If I could leave no stars I would. I have been to this exact Taco Bell 6 different times asking for the Cinnabon coffee and I get told they haven’t made it yet or they don’t have it in stock right now. It just came out and everyone else has it so how don’t you guys carry it? I’m done going to this Taco Bell I give up I don’t even wanna eat there anymore. The laziness just makes me have no appetite for them anymore

Can you ever get an order right? Gave you another chance thinking you could not possibly SCREW up nacho fries and a black bean quesarito. WRONG the nacho fries were cold smashed and WHAT you put in my bag was NOT a black bean quesarito. LOOK at your menu NO WHERE does the ingredients in a BLACK BEAN quesarito call for REFRIED BEANS and ONIONS. You made me a bean burrito and threw black beans on it. ? gross I am SO SICK of spending my money on FOOD I have to throw in the trash!!!!!!

Put in a $64 online order before I left work, just to get there and see that they were closed for some reason. The money was taken from my account already. When I finally got ahold of someone I was told that they'd be open in an hour and a half. I gave them 2 hrs and went back. Just to sit in the drive thru for an hour waiting to even just speak to someone. There were two employees in the building and neither of them came to the window to even give me a refund or tell me they were closed for the night. It took me going back around to the intercom for them to tell me they were closed. Horrible customer service. Worst I've ever experienced. I definitely will be calling their corporate office tomorrow and getting my money back. If I could've given negative stars I would have.
