Was told they were out of soft shells at the window after they started "processing" my order so I couldn't cancel it. So I had to reorder different food, which cost more. I was charged for two meals but only received the one.*update: I bit into the crunch wrap and it had tomatoes... I asked for this to NOT be included for certain reasons...I will delete / redo the experience once someone has contacted me with a refund for the order I never received and a partial for the one I did receive. If not, guess I have to contact the credit card company and dispute faulty charges.

The were not to bad seeing it seemed like there were only 2 people running the store.the one one Lasalle ave was not taking orders once again.

One of the worst eating experiences we've had. Half the menu items were unavailable. More than half the soft drink selections were unavailable. What we ordered contained almost entirely beans. Very very disappointed.

They could put more sour cream on tacos but other than that it’s good. And they need to bring back my Mexican pizza if they do that they’ll get 5 stars n a great review.

Waited in the drive thru over 15 minutes with only one car ahead of us. Food was fine. Employees were fine.

Best taco bell in south bend. They always seem to make the food well. No tacos with skimpy filling and a kind staff also. I drive out of my way to go to this taco bell over other ones.

Stopped by the drive thru April 30th at 3:00 pm. Had a boy at the speaker mumble( sounded like he had two marbles in his mouth) I thought tell me wait a minute but he said mumbling we not open yet. Must have good managers there. I told him he needs to demand a refund from the school that passed him. And I told him not just learn English for me or wearer he works but for himself! Learning in school isn't just for the smart kids, its for everyone! For anybody listening, A education is for ALL AMERICANS! GET YOUR EDUCATION, THATS WHERE YOU EARN YOUR MONEY'S! HOPE YOU LEARN THAT EARLY!

Placed order at the screen, lady automatically entered chicken. I then told her I wanted steak which she apparently wasn’t happy about changing it on the screen. They were out of my drink, no problem ordered a different one. More attitude. I honestly tried really hard to “kill them with kindness” so I don’t understand why I was getting such attitude. Get to the window, she glared at me, doesn’t say anything. Hands me my stuff, walks away. I waiting to ask for some sauce and she saw me waiting but didn’t come to the window until I made eye contact with her. It hurts my brain thinking it’s people like this that think they deserve $20 an hour for being rude to people. All it takes is a “Hello”!?

Taco Bell is one of my favorite places, and this one did not disappoint. The rating is because they were open on Easter Sunday, meaning someone had to work instead of being with their loved ones. Religious or not, a holiday should be a holiday for everyone on your payroll.

Special order for no dairy products on 3 items for a family member with lactose intolerance. I placed order at the drive through and confirmed at window a second time that there would be no cheese or sourcream on the items in the meal I ordered. Employee taking the payment at the window confirmed that the order was made without cheese or sourcream. I got home and my husband couldn't eat any of the food I ordered for him. I am still angry with the lack of attention or caring of the workers that were there for that shift. Next time I will ask who is working first
