We ordered 2 crunchwraps. We paid for 2 crunchwraps. We got 2 supreme tacos. They told us we ordered wrong and would need to go through the drive through again to place our order again. And pay for our order again. No ma'am.

Normally I don't say nothing. Cuz I get it. Customer service is a pita. However, I'm saf. I get places run out of stuff. I get it. But if you're gonna substitute an item for something else, then make sure that something else is put with that order. And communicate when you are out of items, so customers aren't paying for things they don't even get.

Why hasn’t this place been shut down already? The customer service is terrible and it’s dirty. I sat in like which didn’t take long but I was still rushed to order and when I finally got to the window I wanted to add something but before I could even finish the lady cut me off and said they’re too busy to add anything. It’s not like the food is fresh anyway so I’m not seeing the issue plus it wasn’t busy at all they’re just lazy. If you’re too busy to take orders you shouldn’t be working at all that’s just lazy.

We ordered through Uber and they didn't give her Uber driver any of the drinks so we didn't get either of our slushies or Baja blast or our dragon fruit drink there was also sour cream on my burrito when I asked for no sour cream and the quesadilla was cold

They only serve you if they want to. Pulled up to pick up my online order I was told system is down and it would be 20 minutes. Pulled up 20 minutes later was told the same thing. Yet a woman walked out with a bag full of food drink included. Maybe one day I will get that online order. Good thing I called coporate and brought this to their attention so they can improve their system.

Horrible service the worker was swearing ias she was cutting the mic on and off at the drive thru order screen because she couldn't work her computer. Order was completely wrong, as we waited at the windows workers were yelling at other workers, employees were eating at the food line and at the window chewing food, . Couldn't give a refund as they barely knew how to change the receipt tape and I never did receive a receipt. They made our order over well threw it together and I did the same thing threw it in the trash when I left! Just horrible and I do not suggest going to this location. Hopefully corporate franchise or whomever will have some upcoming improvements in training, appearance and clean work areas!

Closes at 3am. Unless you're in the drive thru trying to order at 11pm. Then you get told they're only filling door dash and grubhub orders. So if you want food from this TB order it from your couch. That's apparently the only way you'll get your food. Thanks

As is so often the case at this location, I arrived to find the door locked at 5:30 pm. I had placed an order online which was marked done, to pick up in the store. The drive thru had a line wrapped around the building. When I finally got it, my food was cold, and the order was incomplete. The worst location I've been to, unfortunately its closest to my house.

Absolutely horrible service! Set in the drive-through blocked in for over 45 minutes and watched a line out to the street sit there while the employees talked with their friend at the window instead of taking more orders to keep the line moving. The night crew is just terrible and I’m definitely going to be reaching out to the area coach and also corporate! Really not hard to just do your job! Or hire different people who can actually get it done!

I ordered off Uber eats I asked for a blue slushy and 4 nacho fries and 3 tacos they gave me my tacos the didn’t get my my slushy they gave me a Mountain Dew instead of fries they gave my cinnamon crunch things I do not recommend it was disgusting the store is very dirty to bad customer service nobody answers the phone who the manger atp
