I was looking forward to sitting down and relaxing after a long week of work. Unfortunately, their dining room is closed and there is NO signage, anywhere, to let you know. You realize it after you park and reach to open the door. I went across the street to Arby's and saw several other people try to get inside this restaurant. If there is no dining, let folks know drive thru only.
Met the new Store Manager super nice guy, food was fresh, drive thru staff was friendly, looks like things are turning around at this location!!
They never have staff don't know when they are open always seem closed. Was told in driveway just now that they aren't taking orders due to only one person inside. Also lots of fake profiles boosting there ratings
Always closed! Always says open online but when physically going there they are always closing literally like 2HRS EARLIER then the sign says and what says ONLINE! Sometimes they switch it up and will be closed for 2-3 days at a time just randomly! If your not open atleast put that online or when calling a automative message stating they’re closed so IS CUSTOMERS are constantly driving there wasting gas and time.
This location has really gone down hill ..used to love steak and shake ..there's no dine in ,the menu has been down sized, won't be going back
Was in the Drive-Thru for 30 minutes my three-way spaghetti was nasty my burger was nasty everything was nasty it tasted old and disgusting the chili was disgusting everything disgusting don't waste your money or your time
I ordered from Grubhub 3/9/22. Got a cheese burger, fry’s, and a shake. This part isn’t the stores fault but I didn’t receive my shake and was told the driver dropped my shake. So I was like whatever no big deal I’ll just get a refund on the shake. Well I go to open the bag to eat the food I did receive. And the bag is so soggy the food almost fell through it. The food was cold and smelt like it was old. I ended up getting a refund on the full order because it was unsafe to eat. Now mind you this driver was on time so it’s definitely not his fault.
I love their burgers. Unfortunately no ketchup or napkins in my bag???
I ordered and paid for four doubles and only got four singles steakburgers I didn't notice it until I got home and did not feel like going back to have them correct the order
The burger was OK, But damn that was the best Cherry Coke I ever had....
