Absolute joke of a restaurant. Witnessed the girl taking orders hang up on me and three other cars waiting in the parked ordering meanwhile they answered drive thru with no problems. In the 15 minute wait for anyone to acknowledge me I witnessed three different employees walk out the restaurant to go vape and hide behind the dumpsters. One young boy with glasses and some peach fuzz proceeded to scowl at the cars waiting as if we were an inconvenience to him. They weren’t incredibly busy either- most people were driving off after being hung up on.
I ask for "easy" add-in flavor every time I get a lemonade because the full amount overpowers the lemon flavor. I only receive the easy amount of flavor half the time though. If I wanted a cherry flavored slush, I'd order one. I should be able to taste the lemonade and the added flavor, not just the add-in.
Went here only because our 8-yr-old grandson said he likes it. My husband and I are vegetarian. HA, good luck! Only thing we could really get was grilled cheese and tater tots. Tots were greasy and from a frozen bag. I honestly have no idea what they did to that grilled cheese. It was as though they'd made it hours before, then nuked it. The (government) cheese was pasted to the insides of the bread in the most vile way imaginable. I can't even explain this. And, their ice cream is always chewy. You literally have to chew it.
Good food. Terrible service. We went through the drive thru and they forgot our sauces. It started raining, so I called them. They said we'd have to come in to get them. I said no, bring them out to our vehicle. They refused and said " I guess your not getting your sauces."
Waited 30 minutes in stall after ordering on app. No food ever came so had to go to drive thru window since you can't go inside. Told employee l ordered on the app. She had no idea what I was talking about. They had my order, food came about 10 minutes later. Ridiculous. 40 minute wait.
Great food, amazing smiles. Had a great time. Good was made perfect. The drinks were amazing and we left full and in a better mood then when we pulled in. It's a great "old school" feel with that new age touch.
After getting off work I decided to stop here and give the food another try. What a huge mistake that I won't make again. People before you leave with your order open and check every item. The prices have increased on everything for employees to snicker (I should've known then) as I'm being handed my food to get a mustard & ketchup soaked burger..never again, you have one time to play with my hard earned money. People, please go elsewhere
I but ice from here at least 2 times a week. Prices are very good if you love the smaller ice pieces that freezers typically don't produce, even on crushed mode and given I go later in the evening the line is normally pretty quick.
Everyone was kind and we got through drive thru rather quickly. Only thing was the 'fresh' pretzel was not very fresh. Still soft but you could tell it was sitting for a little while.
I listened to entire first quarter of an NBA game in the drive through at the speaker waiting to order. I finally drive to the window when all cars in front of me were gone hoping to order. The young girl informed me they do not take orders at the window snd I would have to get back in line. By now , the line was out to the street entrance.
