We went thru the drive thru and it was ok, not fast although 2 thumbs up for them because they had no already cooked burgers that we ordered so we waited for fresh ones to be made. They were good burgers and the fries were most excellent too! Thank you Rally's for striving for excellence. You made it.
Had a bacon cheeseburger and fries and it was outstanding. The fries were perfection. The staff was friendly and my food was served hot, fresh and quickly.
Run down building with subpar food and employees that take 5 minutes to realize your even there. It's better than the ghetto McDonald's next door but that's not saying much.
Pulled in because the website said they were opened until midnight, waited for about 2 minutes and saw shadows moving around, but no one answered when i said hello.....its 10:45p.m.....and because I'm crazy, I wanted to see if someone was hiding and sure enough this man popped out from the back with a headset on.....I will be calling corporate.
First time my 3yr old grandson said...Grammie this is good! LOL...He eventually are the entire double cheeseburger ( No lettuce tomato or onions) his Mom was surprised and pleased...that burger was his lunch and dinner...l had the traditional wings (Love their garlic/parmesan sauce)
The new chicken strips are pretty good. The fries are always great. The frozen lemonade is just way too sweet though. There is only one Rally's left in our area. We need more.
Customer service is a problem at this location. I always get rude workers at the window that practically throw my bag of food to me. Not a word out of them, smile, nothing. And their drive thru speaker is very outdated, which I kindly told them when I pulled up to the window. They didn't say anything back. I no longer like going to this location, which is a shame because the food is good, but the poor customer service takes away from the delicious food experience.
My child's father wanted to go to this place I did not agree with him from the past bad experiences I have had at this place but we were riding the scooters this day so I thought what the heck we can go we ordered something very simple we ordered the large parmesan fries and even though we were the only people they're ordering are fries were not fresh they piled on that parmesan and butter like we were not going to notice that the fires were still and that they were old but I made sure that they can hear me complain because if you only have one customer you should make sure that everything is straight and it shouldn't matter how many customers you have this place really needs to take in consideration of treating people how they want to be treated I work in customer service and I deal with customers everyday but there is a difference in the way that I carry myself the store that I work at in a customer's I deal with I treat people how I want to be treated I keep the store clean how will clean my home and when it comes to cooking food and everything else for a customer I cook it with love because I know that is how I would want someone to treat my food so as far as this place I will never be back and my child's father will never be back and they can keep getting bad reviews I'm still surprised that that place is still standing and they are only standing because people be hungry and they don't be wanting McDonald's all the time so they go there but that place is too small for them not to be taking pride in their job but that is the problem with stuff these days a lot of people have jobs but they do not take pride in their jobs they don't even like being at their jobs so nine times out of 10 if a person don't like being at their job they are not going to make sure everything is the way it's supposed to be so again this place gets I wish I had 10 thumbs 10 thumbs down
The lady who took our order was very rude, just sounded like she hated her job. Pulled around to the pick up window and I asked the man for my drink, he forgot it. He was making the drink and the lady who took our order started yelling and cussing at him that we didn't pay for the drink so we dont get one. After we had specifically asked for a hi-c and SHE didn't ring it up. On top of that, we did not receive the sauces we requested and some of the items were missing Ingredients. My first and LAST rallys experience. That lady should be fired for how she acts towards her crew. It's disrespectful.
Work near Rally's on Michigan St. Been here for about a year yet have not tried this place since I've been here. Tried it out yesterday afternoon and so glad that I did. The burger wasn't as warm or hot as it should've been, but the fries made up for it! Will have to give them another try. Could've been a bad day, but a good experience overall!
