Did not get great service the person that took our order had missing items we ordered and also had a bad attitude and the food was not great or hot

Hands down the absolute best Popeyes I’ve ever ate at!!!! The food was fresh and hot, but the staff was even better!!!! Some of the nicest people I met while in South Bend!!!! You guys rock!!!!
We have been here since 7:20, now it’s 8. Still don’t have our food. People behind us got there food. There is one person working, 3-5 people throwing ice at each other and laughing, and one literally keeps walking outside to smoke a joint. Weed.
Ordered a chicken sandwich meal, and it gave me a stomach virus for like a week. I wouldn’t tell my worst enemy to come eat at this Popeyes.
Seriously?? I ordered popcorn shimp and ALL I got was like not even a handful of food? I called and a MANAGER basically said; I don't know what to tell you? I order at least 3 times a week and you treat me like this??WoW... un real. I tip at least $5 or more to UBER. NEVER AGAIN
My plan was to only purchase mashed potatoes and gravy and biscuits. That didn't go as planned lol. Let's me just say that I'm NEVER DISAPPOINTED when visiting Popeyes..tt

Terribly poor customer service. Employee loudly playing around in background. Not paying attention to orders. My order was messed up instead of apologizing they got attitudes with me. Ugh.
