OMG! I called Polito's today, a Thursday, at 4:20 p.m. The phone rang six times, and the phone was picked up and hung up with nobody speaking to me. I know the phone was picked up because I could hear noise in the background and voices. I called back two hours later at 6:25 p.m. today, the phone rang eight times and this time nobody picked up the phone just went dead. How can you get worse customer service? Inexcusable. I am giving them one star because that's the minimum this site accepts. You've been warned.
Different rules about what comes with what every time I come in. Bathroom is a falling hazard and a true disaster with no wet floor sign in sight. Portion size has gone down while price has gone up. Food quality is still the same so it is unfortunate this place isn't as great as it used to be
We had awesome breadsticks and subs. I had not been here in years but will definitely stop in the next time I am in town.

Service was quick. Nothing over the top but we were taken care of. The pizza was amazing. I had a half and half with my dad who eats meat and there was none on my side. That's a big deal. My only concern was the salad bar that people were using after coughing into their hands and not sanitizing and washing. Unfortunately some people are gross.

First red flag, slipped on something slimy at first door, second red flag tea looked like a dark blood mary and third frozen chicken wings! I paid the bill and left without ordering lunch. After reading the reviews i am very torn, great reviews but i am not sure if I didn’t give it a chance or if people are insane. Super sweet staff but it stops there with a good review
My wife and I like trying different places, so today we got a large all meat with extra cheese pizza. I picked up the pizza at 5:40pm went home thinking this should be good since the reviews were good. Boy was I wrong. The crust was okay, but where were the toppings? You were lucky if you saw any toppings and then after I bit into the first piece of pizza I looked at my wife and said, "Wow, hardly any toppings and where is the cheese. for extra cheese there was not even a normal amount of cheese on it. I have had Little Caesars Pizza and to tell the truth it was a better pizza.
