My pizza was made with incorrect toppings even though the receipt had the correct toppings listed. I also paid for extra cheese and it clearly didn't have extra cheese. Then I tried calling the store more than once and nobody would answer the phone. I had to throw the pizza away and it was a waste of money. This isn't the first time that pizza hut has messed up my order and then I was unable to get ahold of anyone in the store. I think pizza hut is past their prime and it's time for me to find a different pizza place.
I love to order through the app, and pick up at location, only takes about 15 mins, which is about the time it takes to get there... I've always had good success and I'd say it is my favorite pizza. Thanks guys
NO STARS!!!! We have had nothing but trouble with this location and the shift manager, Angie is terrible, rude and treats customers badly. Also we had talked to her manager, Steve, and was told we would have a credit on our account and it was not done. I will go to a Pizza Hut further from me rather than deal with the people at this location.
Pizza Hut just LOST a customer! The second time something like this has happened over the last couple of months. I called to place an order for pick up at the Portage Road Pizza Hut in South Bend. After 25 minutes I go to pick it up and my order wasn’t even placed. I felt bad for the lady working as she was the only one working and it wasn’t her fault. Pizza Hut needs better operators and to stop wasting customers time. BYE ??
Pizza hut seems to be the same now as they were 20 years ago. That's not a bad thing, just wish they could step up their game a bit. Drivers always seem a bit boring and unfriendly. I like their food but delivery can suck.

I order my food at 9:33 and here it is almost 11:30 and still no food and when I call they are closed they have taken the money out of my bank for my food on the website it said only 50-60 wait till so that would be 10:30-10:45 to be delivered not happy and I’ll be calling them in the morning and addressing my issues with them this is not right to pay their prices and we don’t get the service they offer!! I love Pizza Hut out of all the other pizza places but unhappy with this order!
Ordered doordash twice from this store. Once was great and our food and service was amazing! The second time however did not go as well. I ordered food on doordash since the app stated they were open and accepting doordash. Scheduled it for 11:50 AM. Around 12 AM I was finally notified by a DASHER (not the store) that they weren't accepting doordash today. Didnt recieve a call or email or anything from them. Protip: DO NOT ORDER DOORDASH FROM HERE.
Everything with the food was great. Just need a little friendlier counter person. Was very aggressive from the moment we walked in, probably just having a bad day.
i waited over an hour and a half for my order and when it arrived the driver just set it on the cold ground and did not knock on my door to inform us of their arrival, our pizza sat outside and when we found it, it was frozen. i spent over 50 dollars on cold food for myself and my kids. I did not order for contactless delivery and every other time i bought food from you they brought it to my door and knocked and gave it to me then and there
