Ordered pizza at 7:45pm last night (5/7/2022), we were told it would be 30-40 minutes. At 9:15pm we called to see where are food was and they said "oh it's been done we're just waiting for a driver from GrubHub." At 11:02pm the driver calls to ask where we are... At this point we had left to go elsewhere for food! I WILL NOT EXCEPT DELIVERY OF A 2+ HOURS OLD DINNER!!!!! The driver then continued to cuss us out and we had to threaten calling police before he would leave us alone. This store has gone WAY down hill and continues to get worse by the minute! We've had issues the past 3 times we've tried to order and even after contacting corporate we have NEVER GOTTEN CONTACTED once by a manager or owner!
Pizza was very over cooked but the break sticks were good and they made sure I had all my extra sauce
Seems low on staff but they definitely work hard for theyr customers. I showed up and I did have to wait a little longer for my meal but I could see they had a steady flow of customers and delivery's coming in. All the while they were polite and professional. The pizza came out perfect.
I put my order in for a dinner box at 5:21pm and did not receive my order until after 9:45pm. Called multiple times regarding my order and was told it was on its way. After sitting for another hour and a half I finally received my order... The pizza hut I ordered from is located 10 minutes away from my home. Very unsatisfied.
The approximate delivery time provided when the order was placed was nearly doubled. Watching your app, from the time the pizza was out for delivery to arrive at my house was nearly 30 minutes and my house is only 8 minutes from the store where the order was placed.
They spilled my wings all over my pizza box and then gave me paper towels to clean it up. Then handed me dry wings to complete my order. That pizza hut is always a disaster. Employees are always rude and beyond unprofessional

Courteous employees. Friendly phone call when something we ordered was unavailable. Friendly delivery driver. all around great experience.
Delivery was prompt but pizza was not hot and was poorly made. crust was under cooked, sauce and toppings not consistently spread across all the slices.
I understand some things but the delivery driver was on the phone the whole time she was delivering and she had a very bad attitude about her job. . They also forgot an item but it was only the cheese shaker so not worth it to tell the driver as she seemed pre occupied
