Order was made online and ready as promised. Both types of pizza crust were cooked perfectly, e.g. stuffed crust and hand tossed. All pizza toppings were correct and overall tasted great.
The young man that rang up my giftcard purchase today needs to learn customer service; tone, demeanor…. Pizza Hut used to be a great brand, a great place we used to go to back in the day; sadly, those days are gone…stay away, this place was filthy, staffed by rude, dirty, unprofessional people. Coincidentally, graduation is right around the corner and we were planning on ordering pizza’s for the kids; those plans have changed.
Ordered for delivery and never gotAny updates on the tracker. When it got here there was items missing and when I tried to call the store I couldn’t speak to anyone by trying to call 5 times. I normally love Pizza Hut but this was a bad experience
It's your local Pizza Hut that serves the Notre Dame students and area. Delivery only. BUT if you pick up you can't avoid seeing how dirty and unkempt the store is. I was taken aback as I observed the staff with dirty fingernails and entering the store from there vehicle and not washing their hands. Hopefully the owner will read this review and get his location cleaned up. Hopefully the students stay safe and visit this location before ordering. Pizza Hut can do better.
I used to like Pizza Hut, and will sometimes get it when on the road as I don’t really have one near my home. The only reason this location is getting any stars is because 1 star is the lowest rating After a busy day of work and exhausted from travel, all I wanted was to get to my hotel. I ordered a pizza at 9:09pm for delivery and was told that it would be between 45 minutes to an hour. I was fine with this, was just hungry and didn’t want to go anywhere. Well, at 10:30, still no pizza. I tried to call and the location was closed for the day. I waited until after 11 and called the Pizza Hut customer service line, and the best information they could offer is that someone would call me today. Bottom line…..they flat out did not deliver my order. Now I have to go through the hassle of being reimbursed and complaining. One thing is for sure….there is a reason that Pizza Hut doesn’t have the presence they once did and this is a blatant disregard for the customers. By the time 11:30 rolled around and I had the realization that my dinner was not going to be delivered, every restaurant around me was closed. Thank goodness for the hummus and crackers from the hotel. Thanks Pizza Hut at 2017 S Bend Ave for such a great experience. Oh and the hotel manager has had the same thing happen from this location as well. I will also ensure that this message is shared as this level of service is unacceptable for a single pizza that was going to cost me $24. Still hungry…R
Ordered delivery, and my thin and crispy arrived ahead of time, which I was happy about. However, it was thin and doughy and badly cut, so it was impossible to separate the slices. When I attempted to contact the store they don't answer the phone to resolve problems. Apparently now they outsource their ordering hotline so you don't even speak to someone at the store. I am very disappointed with the service and product I received.

Delivery was 25 mins late & did not taste fresh. I will never order from this store/pizza hit again. Very dissatisfied.
Pizza was overall very dry and there was barely any cheese on the pizza, also staff was not engaging and the box was not sealed. Please change this if you would like a strongly agree on either question.
We ordered the triple treat box, our single topping pizza was to be ham, it was not, but when I called, they replaced the mistake & with the correct pizza & upsized it! And it was ready very quickly. The employees were very apologetic. We will order there often :)
