Very disappointed in parisis. I had been wanting to go here for a long time. I reviewed their menu on line and knew what I wanted. When we got there the menu has been pared down to like 7 spaghetti dishes and 1 lasagna. No salmon like in the on line menu and several other items not on there. There was only 3 appetizers to choose from and they were out of 1 of them. The table next to us was offered more bread we had to ask for it. Lastly if you only are doing spaghetti it should be hot. The sauce was warm but the spaghetti itself was cold. Our server was very nice the cold food was not on her. Sadly not likely to return.
Parisi's is a comfortable, family oriented Italian spot. The menu, though limited, featured great portions (big ass cake) and was all well prepared. The staff is friendly and the facility is clean. Glad we found it.
We were in South Bend for our grandsons hockey tournament. My husband asked me to find an Italian restaurant. The food was excellent and the service was impeccable. We both would highly recommend.
The lasagna was good but lukewarm, meat sauce we ordered didn’t have meat. Good food, but seemed short-staffed. Friendly service, but he had to run the whole restaurant for the dinner hours.
My family and I visited for the first time this past week. Food was great and service was superb! Ellie was our waitress and she was very knowledgeable about the menu and restaurant history. We took her lemon chicken recommendation and will definitely be back for that entree again! Great atmosphere and jazz!
My husband and I came out for Valentines Day and dined in the Igloo! It was our first time there and it was an amazing experience! Casey was our server and he was the best! Extremely professional and knowledgeable and made our experience exceptional. We will definitely be back!!! Thank you!!
Very upscale Italian restaurant. Located right outside of the University of Notre Dame along South Bend Avenue. You will find it packed with Notre Dame fans on gameday. You can see the stadium from the parking lot and if you walk a half block northeast you can see Touchdown Jesus, Hesburgh Library. Lots of history in this building, worth a visit when visiting South Bend Indiana or Notre Dame.
As always the food was outstanding.... BUT.... The dress standard of the staff was terrible.... The greater was wearing sweats..... Our waitress was in jeans.... The entire staff were dressed like slobs.....
one of mine and my family’s favorite places to dine at! Always AMAZING food and excellent service!
In town for my son’s hockey tournament. I really wanted to like this place but the pasta was bland and the chicken was very rubbery. The service was very nice and we had a nice bottle of wine but I WOULDN’T recommend this as high quality authentic Italian.
