Same old papa John's..good food they are a good staff..problem is getting delivered. No drivers they will use door dash etc..not a papa John's problem it's NO one wants to work anymore..
I always have DoorDash orders to this restaurant, they are so friendly. The manager really seems to always know what he’s doing. They really are a great restaurant and I 100% recommended this restaurant!!!
They're always really friendly and my order is always ready on time.
Tastes like a frozen pizza that I threw in the oven had a heat up. It was warm to cold touch.
I used to love this store, but last night they told me they couldn't accept cash deliveries, I always order with cash and never had any problems until last night, the person that called me was rude and very disrespectful
Ordered delivery online. After placing the order it said that it would be two hours. I called the store to change it to carry out. They said i could pick it up, but they couldn't remove the delivery fee or tip.
My sweet mother ordered me and my girlfriend a square cut pizza with extra pepperoni and some cheese sticks, we waited for over 2 HOURS for it to get there and the order was wrong! And I called back asking for a refund after being hung up on earlier and they denied several times that the order wasn’t wrong when it was. Horrible customer service I’ve ever seen at a pizza place. I’d rather eat the bottom of a trash can than eat any more pizza than this papa Johns (especially this papa johns) these clowns need to take a customer service lesson because it seems like I’m not the only person who is mistreated. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Horrible customer service. Needed to change my order literally two minutes after placing online order (just a topping change of no onions) and manager was rude and refused, saying I could cancel and that I wouldn’t be able to re order online and if I did they wouldn’t deliver.
Hour 30 min delivery time...sorry ive worked in pizze and it should nevee ever take over 1 hour at max for pizza...even making cheese bread salads whatever u literally just put the toppings on and slide it threw an oven....extremely dissapointing.
