Love the pizza, I do not like calling a support center when trying to order. I was on a call for over 20 minutes with a girl I could barely understand then after going over my order 15 times, she told me the store that delivered to me was closed. That should be addressed upfront. A waste of time.

Forgot over half the order then offered it on credit for the next time I ordered. Asked for it right now and they hung up on me and refused to answer any calls or messages. Do not eat here.
After arriving very late, pizza was very soggy and had a small amount of cheese. After eating half the pizza with my kids, I realized the crust wasn’t just soggy but *uncooked*. After realizing this, I called Papa Johns and gave them the opportunity to make it right. They insisted I needed to call Door Dash even though I never ordered through Door Dash but ordered from the phone number on the Papa Johns website. Would not refund me nor do anything to help. Having been feeling nauseous since eating the pizza and am hoping I don’t have food poisoning as well. Would not recommend.
A few nights ago, I put in a delivery order through the app at 3 pm to be delivered at 6 pm. At the time, everything was good, there were no issues. 6 pm came around, and there was still no pizza. So I opened the app to see if I maybe set it for the wrong time, but it kept saying that it couldn't find my location or something, so I assumed the app was broken. So I went to the website and logged in, to see that there was apparently no location close enough to deliver. This would've been fine, except they already took the money from my account. So, from 6:15 to approx. 6:30, I called the location a few times, and was on hold for most of the time. I finally got through and talked to the manager, and explained the situation. She informed me that it was just then being sent out. So I hung up, and waited for my pizza. It finally arrived at 7 pm, an hour after I had set it to be delivered. The only reason this gets 2 stars instead of 1 is because my order still arrived hot, and tasted pretty decent.
New Ironwood location is great. Close when I'm in mood for Papa, and order was correct, right down to extra garlic butter. Staff was friendly on phone and in person.
I like Niles one better but it was still good!!
