Would have gotten 5 stars, but we were ignored at the counter. We ended up ordering at the kiosk. I don't know if protocol dictates using the kiosk now or not, but a heads up would be nice.The food was quickly made and fresh. We received a prompt text when it was ready.
Really like the food here. Would have given 5 stars, however, the last several times we have ordered food here, they have left out part of our order each time, both in the drive through and order ahead. The items missing have been on the receipt, but not included with our order (not checked off on the receipt either).
This was my first time at this Panera at the new location. All the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.They have a nice outdoor area which was perfect for the weather.I ate the broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl with a Greek salad and apple. Scrumptious!
The food and service here is always amazing. I had to leave a review this time, because whoever did this is so cute. It made me smile lol
Always fresh food without additives. Their Sip Club is awesome too.
Excellent chicken rice soup. Served with homemade croutons. Friendly server, even follow-up at the table to get your evaluation of service and food quality. Clean eating area, bathroom very clean. Open fireplace aesthetically appealing.
Had a horrible experience today for my daughter‘s 16th birthday. Ordered $40 worth of bagels and cream cheeses a week before we needed them. Go to pick them up and had to wait over 30 minutes because they did not have my order ready. Then after waiting the 30 minutes for my order they threw all of our bagels into a paper bag. When getting home and opening the bag they were all separated and we had to try to figure out for 20 minutes which top went to which bottom. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never ever go to Panera again.
Came to Panera at night time. I Had ordered the roasted steak and white cheddar and it was pretty good, I substitute the horseradish sauce for chipotle mayo. I had to wait a couple of minutes for my order even though it wasn’t busy. Once I got my order it was nice and hot and it smelled really good. So it was worth the wait. The employees were friendly and the restaurant looked clean. I will try this place again.
Going to this Panera is always a special treat. The staff and the management always are cheerful and helpful and the time there is bright, clean and pleasant. If only there were more hours in the day for a daily visit.
This restaurant is getting a two star from me because of wait times. Mobile order wait times have went from being great to never ready. I have to sit here for way longer than necessary for any mobile orders anymore. I’m not sure why the speed on these orders has gone downhill so bad but it needs to be addressed and it needs to be changed. Mobile orders shouldn’t be neglected over in store eating. They were put in an order just as any in store or mobile order.
