Orange chicken is always soggy…. Yet I love panda and have gone here 3x recently hoping it would be better but the food quality is consistently poor. I will not be making a 4th trip any time soon lol
The food was OK. Orange chicken was not crispy, but rather pretty limp. When cooked properly, and the chicken is crispy, it is the best stuff ever. Staff was stingy with any sauces you might want. Ask for soy sauce, and they would only give you 2 packets. We spent about $40.00 there on 3 meals. One meal was to go for my sick mom. She loves the fortune cookies, so we asked for a couple extra, and they were standoffish about giving us a couple extra. The only Staff member we dealt with was running thr whole front end herself with a big line, and she was pretty darn rude. All other team members were in back. Some working, some just standing around and talking and joking. If those jokers were up helping people, the line and wait wouldn't have been as long. All in all I was pretty disappointed in the whole experience at this location.
On-line order. Said it was done. When I got there, it was not. When I got home, the order was not complete. Was missing the black pepper chicken. Tried to call the # on the receipt but after many rings the recorded message said no one could come to the phone. Went back the next day and got what I thought was an undersized amt of my missing order. Anyway, the black pepper chicken was not the best; however, the orange chicken and sesame chicken was very good.
I received decent portions, my food had just been made, and was hot! There were a few people ahead of me, but the line moved quickly.
The food is made quickly and is always ready when you pull to the window. It is also very tasty and warm.
It was good and fast if you walk in . Not a complaint just an observation that all the employees were parked close to the door so it looked full when it wasn't they should park in the back so that costumers don't think it's full and decide to go somewhere else
Good food but at night always short on what they got. Try to get there 3 hours before closing if you want to have a full selection from menu.
for sommeeeeeeee reason, it says they're closed on Door Dash, but google says they're open??? Maybbeeeee the company should take themselves OFF Door Dash if they're no longer offering delivery?? being understaffed IS NOT an excuse!!! i'm expected to do my job eveeerryyy dayyy! LOL
Don't bother going here after 6:30PM. They stop making most of their menu a while before closing. We waited 30 minutes in the drive through only to be told that they only had 3 or 4 things left. When we remarked on that they just laughed.A good Chinese food chain would probably displace this company easily. We went to Culvers around the corner and got a good meal in a fast moving drive through.
We called to make sure they were open, they were. They said they were making food to order until close due to short staff which is perfectly understandable. We got to the restaurant, waited in line for 25 minutes in the drive through, got to the speaker and we were then told they only hand orange chicken and almond chicken for entrees. We mentioned being told that they were cooking to order and were told they weren't doing that. There was no reason to lie on the phone then. Just say, yes we're open but we only have specific things. Our gas and time was wasted. We live closer to the grape road store. We come to this one because we prefer the food to grape road. However this experience, has soured that. We didn't even get to order. It was a really disappointing experience.
