My girls planned a surprise getaway for my 60th birthday. Our initial stay at an Airbnb went terribly wrong so we left there and ended up at this hotel. The staff were so accommodating and very friendly. Miss Shelby Jackson surprised me and sent up a bottle of Champagne, cheese tray, and a birthday card! Thank you Miss Jackson!! Imagine the panic when arriving and found out our reservation was made for the wrong night via an email promotion fir a concert we were attending. But the night manager that evening calmed me quickly as I am sure he could see I was about to cry. He was able to get us a room. Went above and beyond what I ever expected. Honestly a parking pass to sleep in my car would have been fine. The rooms were wonderful, so clean. The best sleep I have ever had in a hotel. All the staff were ever so helpful and friendly. I have worked in hospitality and it was refreshing to seen it done right!

Very special place! Loved working here! The staff are professional and highly trained! Having Rohr’s and Sorin’s below is an amazing touch. Pet friendly in an elegant high class hotel is mind blowing. Offers a nice gift shop and Room Service is elegant and professional! Everything very beautiful on the greatest campus!
