I just ordered the home style breakfast and they gave me pancakes, when I came back to get the right order they told me I should have brought both of the plates, I actually had to drive back to correct the order and was yelled at.
The food was decent. The problem was while we were trying to eat with our child there was a table of employees yelling cuss words and unacceptable language the whole time like there were not any guests in the restraunt. It was very inappropriate and disruptive.
My experience at the drive-in on 933 in Roseland McDonald's basically a disaster they don't know what they're doing when it comes to selecting cars through the drive-thru they have two lanes as usual from McDonald's but they lack the service that goes with them. I've been there when in Lane one two or three or four cars go and you haven't even let a car go in Lane too and Lane two gets one car and then Lane one gets to go back three more cars get served and it gets frustrating being annoying too whoever they have on it is not on it they're not doing their job. What happens is is this unfair and people see that as being unfair the way they wait on the cars it's better to go to another one so I would tell anybody who wants to do the 933 in Roseland forget it it's one of the worst McDonald's there is. End of story.
5 starts today!! Got in this morning to grab breakfast. Everything looked behind, a manager walks in and instantly starts taking orders, not on the clock!!! Taking 27 minutes to get the line and everything going before she clocked in is dedication to customers! Not only that, the leaving manager... the one who left her with a mess... treated her like she was sooo stupid...
Had a quarter pounder meal,it was actually delicious, the fries were so hot I had to wait a couple of minutes utes to eat them.I did have to wait for my food a while long ,but was worth it.
I don’t know the names of the cook crew that worked today but they were great let’s just say that
This McDonald's is one of the best! I live in a nearby town and we travel 12 minutes to go here instead of our local McDonald's. Food is hot and fresh, service for the most part is fast ( sometimes have had to wait on fresh fries which im alright with). Would recommend over other McDonald's in the area...
What a disappointment! The drive-thr workers were rude and couldn't get the order right we ordered 3 mc-chickens two fries and ice tea the sandwiches were cold and stale the fries were cold and not fryed enough the tea taste like it was from last week. Very dissatisfied especially being close to Notre Dame you would think they would step up this particular restaurant
Rude and nasty attitude from man at drive thru window. Just trying to get condiments before pulling forward cause they always leave them out if you pull forward first!
We sat in line 30 min and then were asked to park for a other 15 ..all this for 2 hamburgers and 1 mcchickenand a drink. Was given drink and told the other drink i wanted was out (sprite).by the time I was given food the ice was melted in the soda .I personally do not eat McDonald's any more and haven't for a long while.i was doing a favor for some one. I also understand things are under staffed. But McDonald's needs to get it together and I am seriously ashamed of the 933 location
