One of the few great McDonald's in the area. Workers are flooded with people coming here because the chicfila is closed for the next few months for renovations, but these guys are keeping at it doing a great job under the pressure. Good job guys!
Fresher and faster than most McDonald's in the area. One of my favorites in South Bend.
This location has always been good to me, of course over the past 20+ years I've been going here I've dealt with alot of different employees. You have your grumpy, tired, lazy, energetic, kind, talkative, respectful employees. But to me I try not to complain because it makes thing worse and they are dealing with my food. If you are looking for the best employees to serve you at your feet like a king then McDonald's is not the place for you. Look at me just ranting now, let me get to the point, good location, somedays great food for fast food, some days I regret it but overall I would say if your hungry for great fries and 1 dollar drinks this place is for you. I would rate this location 8 out of 10 but that's me being generous and that's my opinion.
This McDonald's has shown some very good improvement. The lady today 16th of July 2022 who is taking orders and taking payment through drive thru is great. Very nice. Happy to see the improvement in all areas.
Waited 15 minutes for a Quarter Pounder in drive thru. Finally went in to get money back. This McDonald’s on Ireland Road in South Bend is deplorable. Manager has no concept to motivate employees to get food out the door.
I was visiting South Bend on Saturday and when my wife and I were leaving, we decided to stop and get some drinks for the ride home. I ordered one large French vanilla iced latte and one large Sprite lemonade Icee. When I got my order I questioned the server if they were larges because when I get them in Indianapolis, the cups are much bigger. She told me that they were indeed larges. I paid and left. When I got back home, I checked the McDonald’s website and found that the drinks were in fact, Mediums. Totally ripped off.
Fries where finally fresh. Messed up my McChicken sandwich tho. Simple request. Just plain. It had everything on it. Smh
I was not happy with my experience when I got my food it was the wrong order, then when I went to go tell someone I waited in line and they ignored me and when someone said they had someone waiting in line they told them to shut up and ignored me.. when I finally did get my food the fries were cold and we didn’t get all the food we ordered
Was in the pick up reserve number 3 and called into the restaurant twice before this place would even bring my food waited for an hour. Keep in mind you can't go inside at 3pm cause the doors are locked 24 hours.
Still good prices for drinks and ice cream cones.
