Have the worst experience you can think of come on not only the food was old not edible, but when I call to let the manager know what happened they it was hilarious laughing at me taking me some person to person each one of them identifying themselves as management. Even with my closest McDonald's I will never go back
Went for 2 double cheeseburgers and 2 drinks (one drink for myself and one for my husband), both of my double cheeseburgers were OLD Patties. They were so dried out from sitting in the cabinet for more time than they’re suppose to be in (I’ve worked for McDonald’s in the past so I know). I only ate them as I was heading home because I hadn’t ate anything all day and wasn’t going all the way back after I had already left. Not only that my large Dr Pepper that I ordered with our drinks tasted so off I didn’t even drink it. It had MAINLY Fanta orange with like a splash or maybe ever 3/4 Fanta with 1/4 Dr Pepper. It was so disgusting that I dumped it and threw it away when I got home. The service at this location is always a miss and management needs to address it. Between workers being on their phone while people are ordering or paying, to not paying attention to their customer when they pull up to the window, and the welcome or smiles or even thank you have a good day. Every time I come to this location. What happened to fast, friendly and accurate? This location needs help.
One of the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. Waited 30 min for a QPC meal. It was burnt, ice cold and had Big Mac toppings on it. It was thrown in the box. I was told they had "grill problems". 15 ppl standing around & can't 1 cook a burger. Got attitude from managers when I asked about the delay. Terrible!!
And this one star is being nice. Horrible service and I used a mobile app here they excepted my order just to tell me they don't have what I ordered and then won't give me my refund back then when I called to Tell them they messed up my food all you hear is a baby in the kitchen crying. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been too I will not be going back. #0stars rating
Waited 35 minutes in the drive thru. There were 5 cars in line so I don't know what took so long. Our fries were only half full and our burgers were not good. Mine had 1 very small piece of lettuce on it and both burgers were very dry. I couldn't eat mine at all. The only upside was the guy that took our order and the girl who gave us our food were very friendly.
A waste of space, at least in the morning for multiple visits. Most times i just leave the line. They are beyond slow. I see many workers there, one even got out to chill with a friend while i had to leave for work after waiting 15 minutes with one car infront of me. I see other drivers leave as well because these people created a new word for slow
I haven't come to this McDonald's in years... Always mess up your order or try to give you old cold food.... The breakfast crew was good but after that it was hit or miss....
I wouldn't go back there if you paid me and I definitely wouldn't eat that food from that nasty place! I sat in line for 30 minutes. I was the last car and waited 10 minutes at the speaker until I went to the window to find out that the lady didn't have her headphones on so she had no idea I was out there and they closed. Worst customer service in the world!
I was in the drive thru lane for exactly 23 minutes for an iced coffee! Once I got to the window the worker there apologized for the delay (which made me late to work) stating that she had to break up a fight inside the restaurant! This is unacceptable and not a place I want to be.
The staff is rude.The girl had red hair and just had such a bad attitude. Also the two seperate orders we placed were wrong.
