Wrost food ever fries was atleast 2 hrs old,, burgers was like sloppy Joe's just messy.. I don't think Noone wanted to be there.. wrost experience at that location ever I new I should had drive somewhere else smh why yall doing mc Donald's like that
I ordered two McDoubles with no salt and extra onions but I got two McDoubles that were previously cooked but presented as what I had requested I didn't realize this till I had got home and just said forget it I could taste the salt and I wasn't very happy
This used to be a great location. A few days ago I went in to get a giftcard fir Father's day. When I was inside, possible the manager, asked what I needed. She then said I had to go through the drive through to order it..? When I went through the drive through the patron in front of me canceled her order when they said the ice cream machine was broken, go figure, and they didn't know how to make iced coffee...
Accidentally l left the drive-thru without visually confirming the presence of the kids hashbrowns! So l called the store, Sharanda and the crew took care of it and l was able to pick them up later in the day. I was even able to go inside and deal with real nice people which l prefer.
This McDonald's right here is by far one of the worst ones that I have been to in the south bend Area. The staff here is super rude, cusses you out, and the morning crew is the one that has the worst work ethic in any employees I've ever seen. This is the closest McDonald's to my job and they always make me late to work because they always have something come up. It's is unfathomable to me how they can't get it right. The drive thru lines are super slow. I pulled up to the line at 9:40am and don't get out til 10:05am. Wth guys? Why does it take 25 minutes for "fast food?" like I said, the worst McDonald's in the area.
Drive thru seems to always be moving, and employees are friendly. I don't ever expect to be sitting for very long here. Other than that there's nothing above an beyond though. Only had a few issues and it's always with the food. Everytime I get a French fry, the fries aren't fresh, are underfilled, or are mixed with new and old fries. This happens almost everytime except for this visit the fries were exemplary. The only other issue is also with product freshness whenever ordering a mcdouble or McChicken. The meat will sometimes be really dry or I get a sandwich that's been sitting for awhile because it's extra hot and kinda soggy. This is usually only in the afternoon & evenings though. Have never had a quality issue with any other products though.
Drove up expecting the usual 15-30m drive thru wait and inaccurate order as par for all mcdanks lately. Instead they had my food HOT and to order within 2 MINUTES. Will return for my McDonalds needs.
If I could give them a 0 stars I would. We sat at curbside for 8 minutes for a single drink. Literally a large Dr. Pepper. There were 6 people in the drive thru and they served all of them and another 5 customers before bringing us our 1 drink. Curbside is a joke.
2 filet fish sandwiches chicken nugget happy meal, fries were cold, but the best mocha frappe outta all the McD I've gone to in South Bend, Mishawaka
It was late they were a little slow i understand a bit but i paid for a 6 piece chicken nuggets i didn't get and we couldn't get milkshakes or apple pies.
