Even for McDonald's this food was bad I literally punched the "double cheeseburger" I bought, then threw it promptly in the trash. It looked like it was assembled by a blind ox.
A well run and managed McDonald's. Most of the time. A far cry from the halfway houses in downtown South Bend that mascarade as McDonald's, Taco Bell and Burget King to hide what they really are - places to meet your probation officer during the day because the employees are court ordered to work there. And your local crack-N-smack at night.No actual food or service going on the the three flop houses downtown. But LWW McDees is still trying the best they can. During 1st shift at least. 2nd shift is bad. And just keep it rolling over 30 MPH with the windows up at late night shift. Really no point risking it after 9pm for cold stale burgers and an entirely different order of food in the bag plus your debit card missing.Copy paste this review for the Arby's across the street.

Was in and out quick, no problem. They even allow dine in now. Loved it.
Had to use a kiosk to order, it then said to take a number for the table and they would bring it out. After waiting for quite awhile another customer told me our food was sitting up there.
Came through the drive through, not busy. The bun on my burger was hard as a rock. Fastfood establishments just don't care anymore, they just slop it together.!!!!!!!. Don't even fill up the drinks.!!! ?
Order a mcdouble no cheese and I get charged for double cheese. When brought to their attention they try to dismiss it with the fact that the double cheese has more cheese. Now had I not asked for no cheese it would be ok but instead the manager huffed and rolled her eyes the entire time I was being compensated for her employees mistake. I can overshadow her attitude but after giving me my change she moved to the fry station to bag up fries but dropped the bag on the ground. She then picks up the bag and sets it on a food contact surface..me being a restaurant general manager and my status with servsafe will ensure I will never return to this location. Only reason I ate my food was because I didn't order fries and the employees had gloves on unlike other local mcdonalds. Never again Ronald
This location McDonald's is ok but im just about the only one that gets coffee a million times a day and ask for 12 sugars and to creams in my coffee dont u know thy still cant get it right but this is Mc cafe lol its a cafe
Well obviously it's McDonald's, so not every trip is as quick and painless as my trip this evening. It was nice though the app worked well no mishaps, the person taking my order could hear me and got everything correct. The ice cream machine wasn't down, I usually have pretty bad luck when it comes to me "trying" to order an ice cream cone plus it was made well, wasn't falling off the side. I got lucky again, it's like the employee who made it was trained properly. The employee made an excellent ice cream cone not the usual messy, running all down the side and all over your hand, small glop slapped on top. As previously stated I've had bad luck with ice cream cones here lol. The overall experience was great tonight, my order was correct and even remembered my sauces. The line moved from order to getting food and back on my way. So thanks to the employees working tonight, they did an excellent job.
