They’re fast,unless you go at night and they seem to have 2 people running the store.Other than that this McDonalds never really forgets your food
The absolute worst McDonald's experience I've ever had. Possibly the worst fast food experience I've ever had. The doors were locked, even though it was 6:30 pm. Went through the drive through instead. Staff were rude and unprofessional. Food took an absolutely unreasonable amount of time, especially since we just got nuggets and fries. And don't tell me it was "staffing" related. My local store does better, faster, and with better customer service, all with less staff than what I seen this place have. On top of everything, my nuggets were BURNT and tasted like cigarette smoke. I thought surely I was imagining it, but I had my teenager try one and she gagged and agreed with me. Absolutely disgusting place.
This is one of the best McDonald's I've been too. Food is always fresh. Staff is always friendly
The food was delicious. I only received 4 sauces for 30 nuggets, though. And I ordered on the app with the intention off dining in, only to find out the inside was closed (6 p.m.). But they did bring my order out quickly. Which was great because it was starting to rain and I had walked.
I run delivery and I refuse to go this store at night they are rude and slow and do not care who it inconveniences. We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and only made it 3 car lengths in 35 mins.
I love this mcdonalds. They're always polite, quick and my food has always been fresh and hot. I always use the drive thru and the crewmembers always have a smile on their faces. The ice cream machine doesn't work often, but isn't that all McDonald's?
If I could give no stars that would be the rating. Took my money for my order and after a total of 25 minutes never got my order after waiting. They had me pull ahead in drive thru and forgot me, I went to door which stays locked but a girl cleaning the windows came and took my receipt and said sorry about that, I will get your order and never came back after 10 minutes. Employee just kept looking at me and would not come to help me at door. Dadadadada I’m lovin it, not!
Breakfast is usually fast but you still have to double check for your complete order and always check drinks, usually flat or sweet tea is overwhelming sweet.
Yeah the South Michigan McDonald's the people there do not know how to read their screens and give out the proper items to the people that they want like for instant I asked for mile sauce and I get hot sauce I asked for cream in my coffee and I get no cream that McDonald's on South Michigan needs to be shut down
Undoubtedly the worst McDonald’s in the entire area. The staff is rude, I love getting dirty looks in the drive-through for no reason. They look filthy. You would think management would make them show the work being clean and presentable. I will never go back to this McDonald’s again, can’t believe corporate office allows it to stay open.
