I normally have a lot of patience for fast food workers because I get that it gets busy and technical problems and staffing issues can occur. But when I got there, there was only one car in line. After the car pulled up, I pulled up to the speaker where I sat for almost 15 minutes before my order was placed. I then proceeded to pull up to the window where I sat for another 15 minutes before I got my order. As I was sitting there I looked through the window and saw a young girl walking back and forth talking on her phone giggling while my order was sitting right there in front of her. Then when she heard me honk, that's when she got off the phone and handed me my order with an attitude. I'm sorry that you got mad because you had to do your job but if that's the case then you're in the wrong place.
Would love to give negative stars. This place sucks. Order is always wrong. Workers are beyond rude. Fries always cold and shake machine never works. And at one point they didnt even give me ice in my drink. They were out of ice. They also say they need to accept cash only. Its a scam!!!! Dont go there.
Sunday I ordered a sprite and it was very watered down and when I brought it back (still full) and told them one of the workers told her coworker I just probably wanted another sprite! Now today Tuesday on my way home from the hospital I stopped here and yet again my sweet tea, and my childrens HI-C were all watered down and taste horrible and the chicken nuggets were over cooked! Horrible service! Either that local has lazy workers who aren’t changing the machines or they need new machines. But this location also does lack professionalism im extremely dissatisfied won’t be returning to this one.
This is without a doubt the worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my entire life. The staff is always rude, they never have the food you want they make you sit in drive through for what seems like forever. I hate this location and I will never go back.
After paying for our lunch for the kids and drinks for us we pull up to the second window where we were asked 6 times about our order which they still got incorrect (no medium fries in the bag and no apples in the kids meal) both people I talked to rolled their eyes multiple times when we kept asking for the right stuff which we paid for. Then we were told the frappe machine was down after we already paid for it so we asked for a refund and immediately got attitude from both of them again. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in 24 years on this planet. With how horrible we were treated I guarantee management is just as horrible. I won’t ever return.
I can’t count how many times i’ve pulled upto the drive through to not get a response at all. One time after doing a mobileorder I just went in. There was one older lady who seemed to be working but everyone else was just sitting around. The last time i went with the kids we pulled up to the drive through and no one was answering so i pulled up to the window. we could see a bunch of workers sitting and eating. they waved at us? I couldn’t believe it. I wouldn’t recommend going to this mcdonald’s ever.
Every time I come to this local there is always a issue. Only water available or out of stock on something. Today I get a large soda that they gave me with mostly ice which I did not think was a big issue because I can get a refill but when I went back to the counter they refused to refill the drink stating they can’t. This is the only McDonald’s I have ever gone to that will not refill your drink.
This is one of the best McDonald's we have been to! The employees were super nice. Food was quick and fresh.
Ordered thru the app. Food was wrong and stuff was missing. The two girls who brought it out handed my husband the bag and walked away before we could say anything. Unfortunately we were super busy and I didn’t have time to call the store. Also waited 20+ minutes for the food. Would not return to this location
Busy! Short staffed, VERY pleasant staff, that was doing a great job getting thru the morning rush-- just took a bit to get through drive thru line.
