Shout out to the best KFC. One of the ladies at the drive-thru saw me bite in to a bad fry while waiting on my honey and hot sauce. I quickly spit it out and didn't know she was there. She saw and I apologized. When I parked in the lot. She came out with a fresh bag of fries. I didn't even have to ask. Great customer service!
Can't add a photo but the new Mac n cheese bowl was hardly filled, get a kids meal with popcorn chicken and Mac n cheese instead of the regular famous bowl. This location always seems to forget things but going through the drive thru not everyone inspects the bag until they get home. The only positive thing about this location is the staff is usually polite.
Why is the lobby never open? Never have pot pies available!!! Always waiting 15 + minutes for order. Rude on drive thru speaker, no sense of urgency! Watched 5 cars come after us and served before us. Very poor service.
Terrible service. Never answered me at drive thru. Had to drive up then they said they could hear me but just didn't reply. Then they were short of thighs but offered to replace a thigh in the bucket with a single wing. Aren't thighs and breasts usually considered worth TWO wings or legs? I asked for two and they complied but with attitude. This was a MANAGER!?
Food was cooled french fries had too much salt on it forgot my condiments never go back there again
The food was overpriced and the chicken over cooked. I won't be going back anytime soon. I could have gone to an eat in restaurant for the price I paid. Sticker shock.
I did not want to write a negative review, but the food I purchased as so bad I have to complain. I bought the bowl with mashed potatoes, gravy, chicken, corn & cheese. I’ve purchased this before and loved it. But, this last time I bought it, the potatoes were rock hard and crumbled like sand when I bit into them. I quickly realized why there was an extra amount of gravy. It was obviously an attempt to cover up the dried out burnt chicken. Very below-poor food purchase.
They were out of chicken tenders. So we got their chicken sandwiches. They were Awful! Extremely hard to chew and the chicken meat was very hard and dry! Would Not recommend.
Took over 30 additional minutes to get order after ordering via app. Youd be better off going across the street to Chick-fil-A. It may be a little bit ofa wait but at least the food is worth it.
Not a good experience, I order some chicken tenders, fries and biscuits, and the chicken tenders made my stomach hurt like crazy, the fries only tasted good with the sauce meaning that they tasted a little soggy and hard, the biscuit was good, I ah da chicken sandwich with a cookie that was good, and Pepsi was good but I felt like I was gonna throw up after that, go to the one on western it’s better
