If I could give you guys no stars, I would. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!! First of all, the cashier in the drive thru has no manners. Acted like she didn’t even want to be there. I asked for ice in my tea and she said, with an attitude, that they didn’t have any ice and then proceeded to play on her phone. They didn’t have any fries and, without saying anything to us, just gave us mashed potatoes instead. So we called to tell them about their mistake and got hung up on. Great job managing, Sonya!
If i could give negative stars i would! Rude! Ordered an 8 pc original chicken was told they don't have 8 pieces so I asked how many they did have she changed her mind and said we have the original, so I was like ok ill take it then I received the most disgusting chicken (refried covered in flour and smelled disgusting) I will never go there again!
KFC YOU SHOULD BE ASHAME FOR THIS SPECIFIC STORE FOR NOT MAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE A PRIORITY! DEFINITELY NO QUALITY SERVICE HERE ESPECIALLY COMING FROM MANAGEMENT!
We arrive at 8:05 pm with 2 children in the car. We order a chicken bowl mean and 2 major chicken sandwich box meals. We switched out what we didn't want for the chicken sandwich meal such n such and the employee agreed. After arriving at the second window we were not given what we ordered n said we ordered wrong. We drove back around ordered a large Mac n Cheese and biscuits because we "ordered wrong" after being told last minute. After getting home at finally 8:50 or so, our chicken sandwiches were spicy and we were not able to eat..idk about other families but the way my family is set up we're are not able to just head right back out and travel 15 minutes to fix a sandwich ... so we threw it away. Called the next day they could do nothing and that was it ... because we threw the food away....that we didn't want but we had the receipt.

Two orders from two persons in one vehicle is a no go, We could only place one order at a time. After we picked up the first order, we had to drive back around to drive thru just to place the second order. I was trying to make sense of that process but only became more confused.Otherwise, everything was fine.
Never will go back. Should have known it would be unsatisfactory when they didn't have what I wanted.
